Garbage service. Place is ran like crap. Waited 20 minutes before being seated (reasonable for Saturday night) to find at least 4 other open tables separate from ours. Our table of course wasnt even bussed or cleaned. Within 3 minutes of being seated we ordered a cappuccino, a cafe mocha, and 2 slices of cheesecake. 10-12 minutes after being seated the waitress apologized for us not having received our coffee drinks "I dont know why its taking so long" - neither do I lady. 26-27 minutes after being seated we still had received nothing but our waters. We got up, I found the waitress (she was in a corner talking with another server and a manager), I promptly told her that we would be leaving. She was shocked and immediately turned around to tell her manager. She was also shocked and made her way towards me and started mouthing that we couldnt leave at which point I most likely made some kind of enraged/appalled face which prompted her to change her tune quickly and she immediately became apologetic. As I was walking out the shmuck who sat us (he didnt know where our table was) magically appeared and announced our cheesecakes. I laughed and told him that it was too late. Im glad we got up when we did because Id have been even more upset to receive the cheesecakes before the coffee drinks - which would have almost definitely been cold from sitting on a counter somewhere for 25-30 minutes. My wife and I have both worked in the service industry - my wife for almost 10 years. This was utterly unacceptable. This place sucks. The last time we were here we were told that the wait would be 45 minutes and it took 1 hour 20 minutes to get seated. The restaurant is great, the food is great, this particular location is a JOKE. Never had this issue in Jersey. Garbage. Joke. Kids trying to run a business.

Bad management Was there for my nephews graduation yesterday. We waited a reasonable amount of time (40 minutes) for a party of 7 in a busy night. We ordered drinks which came sort of quickly except for a beer which took 30 minutes to get to the table after I reminded the waitress we didnt have it. We ordered our appetizers, 20 minutes later we are told they are not able to make a fried Mac n cheese because it was falling apart! They didnt know how to make it. How the hell you have an item on the menu and do not know how to make it??? Then we ordered another appetizer which never made it to our table. When we asked about it, we were told the other guy never put in the order. Then the waitress went to the kitchen and found it. What?! Ridiculous!!! The "guacamole" was just mashed avocado without flavor, no lime no salt, tasteless! Sent it back to be fixed, came back just as blah!! Then we are told they dont have meatballs and spaghetti...what??! Then after we all get our food. We are told one of our entrees was dropped and they have no more of that item... Madness! What kind of manager doesnt check inventory and order supplies in time. Manager apologizes about the whole fiasco and offers to not charge for one dish but then of course forgets to inform the waitress because we were still charged for it. Manager says he has had very busy week with so many graduations but yet they are not prepared. Food was yummy but the service was terrible, still tipped 20%. Hope things change!!!

First star goes to good food and milkshake. Second star goes to my BOMB waiter *whom i shall not mention due to the last two stars. Id rather not associate her with this review but she was amazing. Third star goes to the ambiance. The vibe was real chill although I kept cringing at the sound of the fire alarm that went off a total of 8 times during my visit (yes I kept count) which brings me to my last two empty stars (**sadface). Cheesecake Factory I was really rooting for you. I really was. As I sat there enjoying my company and wrapping up my food, my friend pointed and asked if the little critter crawling past the empty table across from us was a roach. I was like "noooooo, ofcourse not stop playing. Why would a roach be crawling in the middle of the floor?" So I tried to get a closer look with the zoom on my camera without bringing attention to the roach (and myself) but it was moving kind of fast causing my photo to be blury so I decided to get up and quickly flash it and there it was an adult sized roach just cruising through the place. Unimpressed with the service at this location. After a 40 minute wait to be seated, waited another 50 minutes for my food to arrive, only to find out the food they brought out wasnt what I had ordered. Serving staff didnt check up on our meals and I had to get her attention to notify her that my order was incorrect. I was told theyd bring out the correct order "soon," but even then, I had to spend another hour waiting for a simple menu item. By the time I finally got my food, it was 11:15 PM. Two hours had passed, and my dinner guests had already finished eating, so I got it to go. I understand that the place gets chaotic on a Friday night, but that doesnt justify the staffs lack of attentiveness towards patrons. I basically spent my dinner eating ice cubes from my glass of water. Good cheesecake though, no complaints about that.

Horrible experience being veteran and use to work in food in the military this was the worst place the waiter never check up on us some the bus boy was ants in clearing or table some other waiter was refilling or drinks and took or order then when it came to dessert she shows up took for every half hour to get a piece of cake mean while see nobody communicating with each other to go help out but instead they can chat around and on the way out heard the waiter say some wise remake because we complain about how long it took for the cake and they wanted to hide it up like we were dummies and all we wanted was apologize was to hard but they carry it and I can tell you this poor management dont know how to run there shift or team if that would have happened in the military heads would have roll

Although Im not super fond of chain restaurants, I ADORE THE CHEESECAKE FACTORY. Their selections are endless and the service and food is pretty consistent. I cant even begin to describe my favorite dishes, but Ill just write a few. For appetizer- the taquitos, the fried mozzarella sticks, or the avacado spring rolls. For the main dish I cant help but always choose the cheese sliders cooked medium-well. They are so tasty and delicious and if you are getting an appetizer I suggest that you split these with a friend. Cheesecake has also added a "skinny menu" with a large selection so you can enjoy their great food without breaking your diet! When I become rich and famous I plan to rent out The Cheesecake Factory for the PARTY OF A LIFETIME.

I ordered a dinner for pickup and when I arrived home I found that the chicken which was an add on to my meal was burned. I called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager. I think its fair to say that I do frequent this cheesecake factory so I am very familiar with the service here. I also am not one to complain but Ive never had a meal at this establishment so pooly prepared. In any event I spoke with the manager Katherine who was wonderful! She promptly returned my money to my gift card with kindness and without hesitation. When things dont turn out the way you expect while eating or ordering take out GREAT customer service wins (WITH ME) EVERY TIME!!! I will absolutely be returning. Thank you again, Katherine ❤❤❤
