Have you ever gone to the cleaners to get an item tailored and told you have to wait a week to get it back? Well. Cesar believes in getting your goods back lighting fast. He provides top notch service at a competitive price. No job is too small. He is open late hours and on Saturdays. He has been my tailor for over 14 years and has always provided the best service of all the cleaners and tailors I have briefly dealt with. I live in White Plains and I go to him with any of my tailoring needs. Do not give your business to overpriced careless amateurs! Cesar is the best in the business.

THEY DESTROYED MY BRIDESMAID DRESS AND COULD NOT EVEN OFFER ME A REFUND. HE HEMMED IT 5 INCHES ON THE INSIDE AND 2 ON THE OUTSIDE. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
