Great owner, great staff. The owner is there most of the time which makes me feel comfortable and secure. Lets me know what is possible or not what I drop off special material items. He makes sure I am fully aware of all possibilities prior to cleaning my garments. This place is super professional. The replace my collar stays, they use the little plastic piece on the first button on my shirts to keep collar up and lifted, and my wife is super pleased with the way they clean her silk garments. She has had issues WITH OTHER dry cleaners burning or shrinking her silk clothes. Not these guys though. They are ON POINT.

Horrible! The owners messed up my silk pants also conviently cut the care tag out (damaged my property on purpose) shrunk the pants and burnt them. He is not a professional screaming at a woman and saying to come to his face. And to get a lawyer. He knew he cut the tag out and then back tracked it was a staple. Hes cheap bc he has no care for one property. He needs to be another area not a nice area like Astoria rudeeee and not for here please discontinue business here. Its actually worth no stars but had to give 1
