They are great...at ruining your clothes. I have had about 8 pieces tailored there over the last couple months. 2 are bad, and another 2 are completely ruined. Let me tell you about the 2 that were ruined: I dropped off 3 different shirts at the same time to be taken in a little. The fitting and putting in all the pins took forever, so I figured everything would work out okay. After spending almost 75 bucks on these shirts, they were returned to me as 3 completely different sizes. the smallest one is too small for me to wear now. Ill have to get rid of it. I dont understand how you can knowingly do work for the same person and return him 3 different sized shirts in good conscience. Before that, I had dropped off several pairs of pants to be hemmed there. One pair came back so comically short, I could no longer wear them. When I told her about my problem, she acted as if it was my fault! She put the pins in, and someone else did the work. Not me! I am a pretty understanding person, so I forgive most situations. The bottom line is though, I did everything I was asked to do, paid a lot of money, and my clothes are now unwearable. After reading some yelp reviews, my other suspicions are confirmed. I have been getting overcharged on my dry cleaning too! I can walk an extra block for better service. Wont be back!

There are a lot of reasons to feel the love for Ferrari Cleaners, but in the most practical terms: cleaning and tailoring is done on the premises. Most dry cleaners actually send out their work, including tailoring. Also, if theres a stain on your clothing, even if you dont mention it, theyll do their best to remove it if its possible to do without damaging the garment. Once, we asked about removing armpit stains from a garment, they said it may be impossible, and they ended up making it like the stains were never there. These folks are the best.
