I had been a customer at this dry cleaner for four years as it was very convenient and for the most part I had few problems. Recently I dropped off 22 items with a bill for $58.50. I came to pick up my items and the woman (who barely speaks English) told me that she was going to rewash two of my white dress shirts because they were stained. I paid the bill in full and took all of my items except for these two shirts. I asked for a new slip/receipt and she handed me back the original one and told me to come back in a day or two. When I returned she could not find my shirts. She made a genuine effort to find them, but when she could not she told me that the computer says that I picked them up. I explained that she never gave me a new slip for them, but she didnt care. When I asked for money back for the value of the shirts she said no. There was no reasoning with her. I am now out $100 in dress shirts and will NEVER return to this place. I had been a loyal customer for 4 years dropping off a fair amount each week, but no longer. I guess I should be glad that she just lost two shirts and not my suit or tuxedo. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

Horrible experiences! I have taken my clothes a few times and at first it was great, but then things got progressively worse. It started with the lady not being able to find the dry cleaning and me having to go in the back and look for it. The 2nd incident was her claiming once again my clothes were not there when in fact they were. MAKE SURE YOU KEEP YOUR SLIP! The last incident was when they damaged a brand new shirt by placing a staple on the front of the shirt which of course made a hole in the fabric and another shirt I sent at the same time came back with a stain on it that wasnt originally present. If you love your clothes dont go there!

Very horrible customer service, hardly speaks English. Very rude and the lady wouldnt give me back my coat that I dropped off for cleaning because she tells me to come back at 6 which was closing time.

Excellent service and probably one of the cheapest dry cleaners Ive seen. My clothes always turn out great! They also do tailoring.
