I have been going to this salon from the time it opened, and although theyre work is okay in terms of threading, the customer service at this place is very poor. Recently, me and my friend were waiting to get threading done, and then the they called up someone who came in after us. When I questioned them about this, they didnt even apologize and almost accused me of lying. Being someone of south asian decent, I almost feel as if there is some prejudice happening here where they suck up to other nationalities but ignore their own. I will be filing a report to the small business bureau and consumer affairs as well regarding this incident because it has not been the first time this happened. I have had past experiences with them as well, but put up with it because they are the only ones in the area that do threading. But honestly, from now on I would rather go into the city and get treated better than subjecting myself to this. The ladies there have very poor people skills and expressionless faces. They really should understand how to treat customers before they decide to open up a business. You can get much better threading at places in the city or long island for better prices too.

I agree with the other 2 reviewers, the customer service here leaves something to be desired. They are extremely rude; its like they grudgingly acknowledge your existence. They never open on time, and they close early. Weekends are usually packed. The line gets very, very long. That being said. For me, I live close by and its convenient. Plus, its pretty cheap (Ive seen other places charge a lot more for such a simple service). And when it comes to the threading, they are actually pretty good. But if you dont want thin eyebrows, be sure to specify. I am extremely adamant about that because otherwise they would just ignore me.

Regardless of the amount of time I have to sit down and wait, to me its worth it. When it comes to this spot, I take beauty very seriously, so with this place, u gotta know who works for you and who is good and whos not. I got to know the one who is the best by name. It is true they dont really hold any conversations wit you but I would rather them focus on the thread thats in their mouth then talk to me about nail polish or something. They are not from here and are just about their business. I love this spot and recommend it to many people

After years of getting my eyebrows waxed and getting over waxed and burned I was happy, yet skeptical to turn to threading. Ive been coming to Renu for since they opened and Im so happy I did! The ladies are quite but very nice and I have never been treated rudly. My 4 year old comes with me all the time and they welcome her with open arms! I always go to my usual girl and wait if I have to because I know its going to be worth it! She always knows what i want and I know she is great at what she does! I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Do NOT go here! I told the women EXACTLY what I wanted done, specifying that I wanted thick eyebrows. She took off almost my entire brow, leaving a thin line. When I complained, she told me it was "good." I explained it was not good, it was not what I, the customer, asked for. I am mortified that my eyebrows look like this before a special event. I would not go to Fatima at all.

Ive been there a couple of times because Im so over waxing, but I cant get over the fact that they are rude and unprofessional. The women there dont talk and even worst they tend to men handle you when you move slightly. Not to mention they will turn you away at 6:30pm when the promote they close at 7pm. Thier service is horrible and not worth it at all!

I have been coming to this establishment for many years. As an establishment they provide professionalism, kindness, and warmth the moment you walk through their doors. Their staff is amazingly skilled with threading, and I will not go elsewhere as they are gentle and always get my eyebrows done with precision.

I been coming here for the last 12 years and Always had excellent service !! Once I tried a place on Yonkers Ave and they wrecked my eyebrows. I had to wait for them to regrow out so Renu salón can fix them. I will never go anywhere else. Definitely highly recommend this place to everyone !!

Ive been going here since 2009 and only go to Manju or the owner (second & first chair). I love Manju and even used to get waxed by her. I was so comfortable and even laughed with her. Dont care about the wait since so many people go but Its worth it.

Ive been getting my eyebrows threaded and lips waxed at Renu for the pass 10 years. The staff are very welcoming. I absolutely love it there and will not switch locations. Parking is always easy to find, the location is very convenient.

Went for the first time and will not go back. My left eyebrow is round and the right one has an arch. Thank God I have long bangs to cover my brows until they grow back. The staff is rude, no one greets you. Im glad I didnt leave a tip!

Poor Customer Serivice: The workers did not greet us with a "Hello" at the end of my service I paid and said "Thank You!" No one said " Your Welcome or Thank you for coming !" I am interested in finding a new threading place !
