Nicole Bloom is the single best investment in your wedding! Before hiring her, I read on the Knot that a good wedding planner would be the best investment in your wedding. I thought that statement seemed like a bit of a stretch, but now I agree whole heartedly. She really set the tone for the whole experience. Wedding planning is stressful and there are way more details than you could EVER imagine. We planned our wedding in two months, which was less than ideal. However, Nicole took care of everything while making it seem like a walk in the park. I would have been a nervous wreck without her. She was just so on top of all the details that I could really relax and enjoy the process. Of course, there are still stressful moments that I still had to deal with – such as the guest list. Even with that though, Nicole gave me great input and helped me to feel okay with not inviting some people. Despite our condensed timeline, Nicole produced the most beautiful and elegant (and fun!) wedding I could have ever imagined. My mother had recently passed, which made the planning process much more emotional and difficult. She served as a great sounding board for the multiple wedding decisions that came up for my dad and me. I never felt pushed in any directions and felt like she guided me to figure out what I wanted and then just made it happen. My dad said after the wedding that she was worth her weight in gold, and she was! Nicole is just one of those people that is doing exactly what she is supposed to do with her life, and it shows. She seemed just as invested in my wedding being amazing as me, and sometimes more so ☺ She is one of my favorite memories of the wedding process and certainly, the best decision that I made in the planning. I could not recommend her highly enough. Now, that my wedding is done, I am amazed at how many details were coordinated and how beautifully it was executed on the wedding day. I had and still am receiving so many compliments on what a beautiful wedding it was. You will not regret choosing Nicole as your wedding planner.

I love to plan. Whether it is a birthday party, Thanksgiving dinner, or a potluck, I love everything involved. So naturally, when it came to our wedding, I figured it would be the perfect time to use my skills and plan away. I was also in for a huge shock- I couldnt believe how much work went into wedding planning! After a few months of stress, it was actually my mom who suggested finding a "day of" wedding planner. We met with two other people in the Asheville area, but five minutes with Nicole and we knew she was the one. I wouldnt have had such a perfect day if it wasnt for Nicole from Two Sweet Sparrows. Nicole is an extremely thoughtful, organized and savvy wedding planner. She is an incredible listener and really helps guide you in the right direction. I think that her services as a "day of" wedding planner dont exactly cover how incredible she is. She is honest, straightforward and has outrageous connections in the Asheville area. She met with me multiple times to help make sure I was headed in the right direction, she double checked all of my contracts with vendors and even stepped in when I was having issues with one. And this was all BEFORE the actual day! I have had multiple people comment on how organized, timely and beautiful the wedding was and I honestly couldnt have done it without Two Sweet Sparrows and Nicole. I did not experience an ounce of stress on the wedding day because Nicole took care of the bridal party, paying the vendors, organizing timing with the DJ and caterer... honestly I would be hard pressed to come up with something that Nicole didnt take care of. If you are thinking about planning on your own, or skipping a Day Of wedding planner... think again. Nicoles rates are extremely competitive and modest in light of the help you receive. I can promise you it is probably the best money you will spend on your wedding.

So picture this: The bride has finished getting her hair and makeup done, the gown is on, the veil is set, and shes now approaching the guests. Everyone is standing, the walk-down-the-aisle-song is playing, and she realizes she does not have her bridal bouquet. That was me. But Nicole was nearby, so I called for her to get the bouquet and she sprinted back to the get-ready room, grabbed the bouquet, and sprinted back to hand it to me, all before the guests figured out what was going on. Of all the vendors you choose for your wedding, none matter more than your choice of a wedding planner, because that person will keep all the others in line and make sure they are on time with the right equipment at your wedding - and even help you pick the other vendors because they have all the local knowledge of who is the best. I am so glad I had Nicole has my wedding planner! She was so kind and friendly from the very beginning and was organized and cool-headed throughout. She also assisted us with our rehearsal dinner. Both the dinner and the wedding were fabulous and she helped us consider all kinds of things I hadnt thought about before. She stayed on top of all the details and helped us think them through each step of the way. On the day of she was armed with baby wipes that she whipped out when I got make-up on my gown, along with a whole emergency kit that we relied upon when last minute mini-crises like that happened. When one vendor failed to complete their contracted services (in a minor way) she very diplomatically wrote on our behalf to the company to thank them for their services but also to request a refund for that portion that was not done, and they responded very well and did not charge us. From beginning to end Nicole was essential to pulling off our wedding, and we had the wedding of our dreams!

I cant say enough wonderful things about Nicole from Two Sweet Sparrows. I was hesitant to have a planner (major OCD) but thankfully my mother talked me into having one for the "day of." After interviewing a few in the Asheville area, Nicole seemed to be the best fit...and she turned out to be better than expected! Even though we had her booked for "day of" services only, she gladly worked with me on anything and everything throughout the whole process. She was always there for good advise or to lead you to the right vendor. When we finally got to meet a few months before the wedding she was kind, energetic, and genuinely excited to be helping me. Her organization of everything I had already planned was more than expected and greatly needed as things get very overwhelming as the day approaches. Because of all her hard work prior to the day (timelines, contacting and organizing vendors) I had no worries and/or anxiety about the execution of my vision. On my wedding day I was relaxed (as much as possible, haha) and trusted Nicole fully to have the wedding and reception go off without a glitch. And it DID! Everything was PERFECT and if there was an issue, I didnt know about it because Nicole was there the whole time to keep it all smooth. I am bummed now that the wedding is over and I wont get to chat with her anymore. I highly recommend Nicole and Two Sweet Sparrows! Her background in this business and genuine personality made my day the EXACT way I wanted it to be! Thank you, thank you, thank you Nicole!
