Even though I had a great time in Florida, and I feel our wedding was a success it truly was because I had wonderful family that made sure our day was beautiful. We were not from the area so we had to entrust in our event planner to make sure she followed through with what we discussed which SHE DID NOT. To start we were able to meet her & see the venue the day before our wedding. The (staff) that worked there slipped me a note & documentation cautioning us to not use her, I now understand why...Crystals Weddings & Events website is simply misleading and so is the planner. We had multiple phone conversations with her to review details of our wedding such as how the canopy was suppose to look, it was underwhelming and looked nothing like any of the pictures on her website. Our chair were suppose to be white wedding chairs NOT white lawn chairs which by the way are in our wedding pictures. ( no fault to the photographer) she was very kind & simply did her best. I asked for rose ball on high hook stands going down the aisle so people could see them. Needless to say the ceremony site was disappointing. My family decorated my reception she did absolutely nothing and they only had an hour before the ceremony to do it. We provided all of our center pieces & décor for the reception the staff said it was the best they had ever seen. They told us her décor never looked this good so, If you use her keep that in mine..... She charged us a lot of money which she did not deserve. She sat around all night doing nothing. There was a little girl dancing on the dance floor all night and everyone kept asking me who she was??? I guess it was one of her employees child. The DJ was terrible & rude. We sent a playlist prior to the day which the event planner requested. This was pointless he played old music, and was rushing us through each special moment. The food was good & and the bartender was very sweet. I caution EVERYONE to check her out before signing with her. She comes off caring and concerned about COST as if she is saving you money when in-fact she is going cheap & saving herself money. I love my family and thank them for all they did to make our day special.

Think twice before using Crystal Weddings & Events. We were from out of town & looked up several wedding coordinators in the Clearwater area. My future husband at the time said he "felt at ease" with Miss Patricia so we decided to drive down to Florida to meet her. Our meeting with her was at her house which was a little odd but ok. She came off as caring & sweet when we first met her. We pretty much planned out the wedding at her home right there because like I said my future husband "felt at ease." Several phone calls with her after that meeting she slowly became who she really is which was rude. Its like her representative we met at her house was not her & this rude lady on the phone was her. Like the lady said in the other review on our wedding day our arch & chairs were not what we asked for. Everything looked so cheap & distasteful. I was so upset but pushed through because thats not what it was all about. Also she was very rude to our guest & messed up our wedding parties entrance. I was very upset & decided to email her because my wedding day sure as hell was not what I expected. She blamed everyone but herself. & I was just over it. So I cant stress enough about this DO NOT USE CRYSTAL WEDDINGS & EVENTS.

CRYSTAL WEDDING AND EVENT SUCKS!! PATRICIA VERY RUDE, SMELLS LIKE CAT PEE. she was our wedding planner, that didnt do anything we wanted on our wedding. The pictures on her website are miss leading. The package we paid for was not the package that we got. She double booked our reception hall, we had to go somewhere and only gave us a two week notice, to let our family and friends know about the change. Patricia was a horrible wedding planner. Our music list that she requested and stated that the d.j needed it was a waste of time, they only played out first dance song and the rest of the night sucked. We keep going to the d.j to request songs and he wouldnt play what we asked. The Ritz Benquet Hall very nice on the inside and food was awesome but not a place for a wedding. So IF ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR A WEDDING PLANNER PLEASE DONT USE CRYSTAL WEDDING AND EVENTS. IF YOU WANT UR SPECIAL DAY TO BE SPECIAL GO TO SOMEONE THAT CARES AND NOT JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.
