We cannot say enough good about Cabinets by Design. We did a complete kitchen renovation in our sixties split level home. The process started with a new kitchen design conceived by Betsy Brunnemer which includes new, much more functional cabinets than our previous ones and a better plan for movement through the kitchen into the adjacent sitting room. Betsy helped us identify the resources we needed for fixtures and appliances as well as skilled subcontractors to handle demolition, carpentry, painting, tile setting, plumbing, and electrical work. The Cabinets by Design installer worked seamlessly with other craftsmen to complete the job. From large to small, every detail was handled with care and attention to create a wonderful new kitchen in our home. Betsy and Cabinets by Design were recommended to us by an architect/neighbor. We are extremely pleased that we followed the recommendation and we highly endorse it.

We hired Betsy at Cabinets By Design, Charlotte in the Spring of 2014 to build cabinets for our new kitchen. Betsy is very professional. She was generous with her time and advice. She helped us work within our budget and guided us in the details of making our kitchen look updated and timeless. Her advice on how to use the cabinets and how to organize our things saved us a tremendous amount of time and helped us enjoy our kitchen right away. Betsy was onsite the day the cabinets were delivered and made sure each cabinet was correct. Betsy also went along for the granite countertop layout appointment and helped us place the granite for various locations. I cannot say enough positive things about Betsy and Cabinets by Design, the entire process was fun and exciting, from beginning to end. We will enjoy our cabinets for many decades!

Absolutely useless. Went in to get a proposal for build in bookcases for our family room on a Saturday. Was promised that they would work on the proposal the next Wednesday. Excuse email after excuse email came through for the next 2.5 weeks. Then another email came through if I wanted to contact some other designer within the company to take over the project????????? Do they even want business?????
