I was in the market for some new granite counter tops for our kitchen, so I started researching businesses online and came across Lifetime Cabinets. From the first time I visited the store, I got the impression Lifetime Cabinets was too busy for me. I waited for 15 minutes for someone to help me, although I still made the decision to give them the opportunity to earn my business. The sales person spoke very highly of the quality of their product and even higher about the installation team. He said that they used to have a terrible installation crew, but now have a great crew and they do quality work. After making some comparisons to other granite companies, we decided to go with Lifetime. Wow! What a mistake!!! First, they did not call me to schedule a site visit for measurements at my home. I had to call them just before the scheduled installation date. Then, the install guys (none of which spoke english very well) arrived for the install in an old beat up truck and left 2 puddles of oil in my driveway. The owner did make an attempt to clean it up, but the stains are still in our driveway. During the installation there were 2 things I noticed that were wrong, which we brought to their attention. One counter top was crooked and the bar top was severely slanted (not level). Heres the best part of it all! When I called the number on the website to tell them about it, the owner answered and said "Im trying to brush my teeth. You are bothering me at 7:45 am in the morning." I said, sorry, I just called the number on your website. How am I supposed to know that you forwarded the main store number to your cell phone. He finally said, he would send some guys by my house to look at what Im talking about. Well guess what? Do you think that happened? Nope!! Two weeks goes by and nobody called or came by. So, I called him back and his response was "the job was done correctly, what do you want me to do?" I said "fix it...make it right!" His response was "we dont live in a perfect world." At that point I had pretty much had it with this company. If you are looking to for granite counter tops, I would not recommend Lifetime Cabinets and Granite.

Lifetime Cabinets and Countertops is a great company to get your countertops from!!! I have gotten countertops from Marcus twice now. Once for my previous home and now for a house that I remodeled for my family to live in. The first time Marcus helped us with countertops he and his salesman suggested counter tops that would fit our budget and be a great option to help us resale. They told us what was popular with builders so we could make to best choice. The install was great!!!!! We came to Marcus again now with the house we wanted for ourselves (not to sell to someone else). Again Marcus and his staff were awesome!!!!! They helped us pick a look that works well with the colors in our kitchen, which made my wife very happy. Also, they were dependable when it came to doing what they said, which made me happy. They worked with us to fit into the time frame that we had. I know that was not convenient for Marcus but he did it anyway. Again, their workmanship was great, just as it was with our first house. You would assume that with all the great service and quality that Lifetime would be expensive...but they were not. So, another plus. Going to Marcus and Lifetime Cabinets was great two times in a row. Thanks Marcus very much for ALL your help!!!!!!!!!!

Cannot even begin to explain how horrible our counter top experience was here. We simply went for an estimate but could not get out of there quick enough. If you want quartz DO NOT GO HERE. My husband and I received a 30 min. lecture on how bad our decision would be to do quartz and they aggressively pushed granite which we said from the beginning would not match our modern kitchen (broken record speech). Not a pleasurable shopping experience in the least, we had better luck at big box stores. If you are into granite this may be your place, but if you are looking for a more modern look then steer clear.

Our experience with Lifetime was wonderful! They were helpful, professional, and friendly. They followed the timeline they gave us, from choosing our granite to final installation. The morning of the installation, Marcus called us to let us know a short window of time for when they would arrive. The installers really were experts with their craft, and within a few hours, our granite countertops were installed and beautiful! They cleaned and vacuumed up all debris before they left, and we could not have been more pleased. We would highly recommend them to everyone!

We love our new granite countertops! Marcus and Todd did a great job helping us with all the details and decsions and his installers were fantastic too. They pre cut all of the granite before arriving, so there was no dust and no messy installation. They were in and out within 3 hours. We shopped around with several other granite companies to be sure we were getting the most for our money on this investment. We are so glad we chose Lifetime Cabinets. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a professional installation of beautiful granite!

Lifetime granite counter tops is a life saver! They do excellent work. I was unable to be home for installation, but I will say in my absence they did an outstanding job. When I returned home I was throughly pleased. This company is heaven sent! Their prices are very competitive and reasonable, I dont think you will get a better quote for the quality of work you will receive.
