They care. They are concerned. They work hard to meet and exceed your expectations. This would be my description of the experience I had with Heritage Printing. To say that I am pleased with the final product would be the biggest understatement I could make. I am impressed with the quality and level of attention to detail the printers gave to my first self-published book. I didnt know how the physical look of the book would be, but I am certainly glad I took a chance, and, followed my mind after shopping around for a local printing service on the web to visit and talk with the owner, Joe Gass, who, in my estimation genuinely enjoys making "art come to life" while exceeding the expectations of his customers. He did that for me. I was given an estimated time of this Friday, Dec 20th for my books to be delivered to the office, but I had a real urgent need for the books to arrive before school let out for Christmas break as some staff wanted to purchase the book and give them out to students as Christmas presents. Joe and his team made my emergency their emergency and had the books ready for me today, Tuesday, Dec 17th. Top quality print job. A-1 company. Joe knows his craft and he cares about the people that he serves. Thats what I like most about Heritage Printing. Its not solely about getting a print job done, its about meeting and exceeding the expectations of the customers they serve. That, to me, is REAL customer service.

The team at Heritage Printing & Graphics met and exceeding my expectations. I inquired about a last minute project that was small compared to their normal projects and the sense of priority I felt with Steve and Joe made me feel like my project was in the best of hands no matter how small or big it was. Their quality of work is exactly what we were trying to portray in our marketing materials for our company. Their team came in early and stayed late to make sure that this project was Class A and exactly what I was looking for. The final product was top quality and again, exceeded expectations. Heritage Printing & Graphics is THE place to go for your marketing, trade show, and career fair printing and graphic needs. The entire staff at Heritage are professional and dependable. The turnaround time on products is fast and high quality. Heritage never prints anything without making sure you OK it first. Christopher, the project coordinator, at Heritage is quick to respond to emails and other inquiries and works with you every step of the way to get you what you need. We needed booklet brochures and banners for a career fair. The booklets looked amazing and were printed quickly. The graphics on the banners were excellent. Highly suggest Heritage Printing & Graphics for your printing and graphic needs.

Heritage Priniting Graphics is a jewel! A team of professionls (in the true sense of the word) that are sincere in their work and care for your project. My emergency became their emergency, as they handled it as such. We need many more companies like them! Servicing their customer and doing an excellent job is priority. It shows every step of the way - from the moment your call is answered to completion of your project. I havent felt the need to write a review in a long time. Before finding Heritage Printing, ordering signs and marketing materials was often a hassle, but not anymore! Chris is super easy to deal with. You ask him to print something and it is done fast and high quality!! Their prices are also very competitive!! I would highly recommend this company for any printing needs. I have a long history of dealing with (and working at) printing companies and Heritage Printing tops the list of the best printing company I have ever worked with! Check them out … they can print anything!

I was desperately was looking for a print shop for store decals and I needed them asap. When I came by the office and was greeted by David Hahn and I explain the situation I had. David fully understood the urgency I had. David took my info and told be he will get me a quote via email as I requested. David reached out to me within 15 minutes with a quote via email. Heritage Printing is world class. We run a small business that is always overloaded and under the gun. Just recently Chris took care of a new print job for me and delivered the materials to a show in Dallas on time and with less than a week to do it! Everything is always high quality and priced right. Heritage is phenomenal. The service is great and they are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in the printing medium; on multiple occasions theyve recommended alternate printing processes and solutions to help me save money, EVEN when it reduced their profits. I work in a time-sensitive business and theyve always accommodated me and have been able to meet my demanding deadlines. Id recommend them every time.

Amazing place; I was running late for an interview and needed somewhere to print my resume, and luckily I was driving by and found this store. I was very satisfied with the customer service I received at Heritage Printing & Graphics from Fred. Not only did he print my resume on a nice , thick paper but his pricing compared to no others.
