Simply the best in Hickory. Had an intermittent problem with my PC going to a blue screen. The first place I took it said they saw the PC doing it and thought it was a bad stick of memory. They changed out the memory, charged me $125.00, but it was still giving me a blue screen within hours of getting it home. I took it back and got a refund. I then took it to All Tech. They called me the same day saying they have located the problem. A bad capacitor. I asked are you sure. They responded yes. They wanted to keep the PC overnight and run more test to insure there were no additional problems. I said fine. They called the next day around noon and said my PC was ready. I then asked how much is the bill. $51.00! That was HALF of what I paid the other shop that didnt even get it fixed. My PC has been running as good as new for 5 weeks now. Thanks All Tech, you people are great.

Lightning strike near my home cause the power to go on and off many times. Once everything settled down my desktop computer would not turn back on. Went to Office Depot where I bought it and talked to them about getting it repaired. The clerk told me they did not do repairs to lightning damaged computers. The mostly did software install there. I asked the clerk who they suggest in the Hickory. All Tech on Hwy 127 was his suggestion. He said they send everyone there for major repairs. Took it too All Tech on Tuesday afternoon. Got it back Wed around 4PM. They did a wonderful job! And it was not expensive at all. PC runs great, and my files are still there. They even cleaned it inside! No must dust bunnies! Very professional top notch service. Will use them again if the need ever rises.

My laptop was running sluggish and had many random pop-ups. I assumed I had a virus or spyware that Norton wasnt able to fix. Kevin at All Tech worked his magic and had my computer back to me in 1 day and it runs great. He did recommend an upgraded hard drive, but took the time to explain in detail why this would improve my performance and even gave me other options. I compared prices to the big box store and was very satisfied with the overall repair cost and rapid turn around. Kevin took the time to explain what he had done as well as provided software and advice to keep the laptop running smoothly in the future. I would highly recommend All Techs services and will use them in the future.

I have been using the guys at All Tech for many years. They have always been very helpful and always know right away what is wrong with my computer and how to fix it. They have always been very quick, I have gotten my computer back in one day or same day.
