I know that Brights has been around for a long time they handled my fathers funeral services back in 1995. I would just like to say that my mother who is now in Utah is in fairly good health but is starting to get overwhelmed when dealing with paperwork and handling business. She knew she had a policy covering her burial but was not sure what all it covered, so she asked me to call Brights and see what exactly was covered in the policy. Allow me to be honest and say I had no idea or clue how to arrange anything to do involving funerals. I called Brights and explained the situation. Betty Bright took the lead and explained exactly what was covered with my mothers burial, explained to me that for her body to be flown from Utah to NC we would also require a funeral service there, who she contacted and got an estimate of all that was necessary, she also explained to me about the services so I could find out what my mother wanted and so my mother could then determine how much more money was needed so she could handle the arrangements herself. I cannot say what a blessing this is to have people I can count on and trust in this kind of situation. Brights is a family run business and I adore Betty Bright even though are recent contact has only been over the phone. I live in High Point NC and their concern for taking care of my needs was exceptional. Thank you Brights.

We lost my mother on 10/27/16. Bob was the one who came out in the middle of the night to pick my mother up after she passed. Even at 1 am he was extremely professional and courteous. I feel Bob has not left our side through the whole process with her arrangements. The day after my mothers funeral we lost my father. There was no other choice but to tell the hospital to call Bright. We had not left the hospital by even an hour and Bob was already calling us to offer his condolences and offer whatever help he could. We were set up to meet the next day and everything went as smooth as before. We cannot thank everyone there enough for the help, professionalism, and compassion shown during this time.

If peoples spirits were this beautiful the world would be a better place. They treated us with so much kindness. I truly felt they really cared about the need and wishes of the family and went out of their way to make sure that the familys loved one had the best of care; they made it feel like it was their loved one who had went home to be with our Lord. Losing our daughter was the most difficult thing weve ever experienced, yet the people at Bright turned it into a very comforting time. From start to finish, everyone was so loving and caring.
