Aty a time of grief this funera; home was a disapointment. One of the first things they wanted was a copy of my fathers Life Insurance. The day after my father passed away and just before the viewing I gave them the file, expecting they would make a copy of it and return the origional to me. THEY KEPT IT and I spent several days searching for it around the house. I called them and they refused to mail it, asking me to come by to pick it up or wait around all day for someone to bring it to me. I expected them to handle all of the arrangements including sending a death certificate to my fathers insurance company. They waited 10 days before doing this even though they had the Death Certificate back in three. Since my fathers insurance waits till 15 - 20 business days to process these checks we did not get any insurance settlement until nearly 45 days after my father passed away. Essentialy they got over $3000 for cremating my father in a cardboard box. When the family gathered for the viewing, they dealth with us in the hallway and then moved us because of another viewing / family coming in to a lobby area. I would stay clear of these people.
