Wayne T Lee help me bury my mother, grandmother and father and each time, the experience was positive and easy. Because my grandmother had made pre-arrangements with them speaks volumes to me. Considering that I had to bury all three within a decade, I had prior experience with Wayne and his staff so I knew that everything would be okay and would work out. I am in the process of making pre-arrangements for myself to follow in my grandmothers shoes and I will be using Waynes services. Im not for sure about all the negative reviews about this funeral home, but I am here to tell you that my experience has been nothing but positive. Doing this type of business cant be easy when you are dealing with various levels of emotions, grief, circumstances behind a death, financial situations and dealing with multiple personalities. I would say these elements would play a major role in perceptions and experiences so be your own judge and give them a try and definitely watch what you are being charged with any funeral home.

Probably the worse funeral home ever. Had the unfortunate experience to deal with them in 1999 and from the other reviews nothing has changed. My father was to be cremated and they were going to charge me $3500 (Other funeral homes told me that a cremation and memorial service would range from $1500-1800). When I told them that I would take him somewhere else they said they were going to charge me $1200 just to move him to another funeral home. Then they dropped the price to $1300 and then during the service they cut the air off because they wanted an additional $900 and I had not made the final payment once I gave them the check they turned the air back on. Horrible rude people, unprofessional and uncompassionate. Please do not let them handle services of your loved ones.

Wayne T. Lee Funeral home is trifling. My uncle’s funeral was there a few years ago and it was messed up. They interrupted the service with some bs about their bill!!!! The funeral director and staff were whispering in my cousin’s ears and eye-rolling. One would think all that would be taken care of in advance and IN PRIVATE. They are so ghetto. I will never set foot in this place again. WHAT A PATHETIC JOKE. Alsl, their "website" does not even function properly. They may as well take it down because its worthless!!

I MUST ADMIT, I WAS VERY SURPRISED WITH THE IMPECCABLE SERVICE THAT MY FAMILY AND GUESTS RECEIVED DURING OUR TIME OF LOSS. MR. LEE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND WE ARE THANKFUL THAT THE ENTIRE STAFF MADE OUR EXPERIENCE BETTER.
