My daughters are 5 and 8 years old and have been dancing at Studio 1 since they were each 3 years old. We began taking recreational classes and now my oldest has been on their competitive team for 3 years. My girls love the variety of classes offered and have grown so much each year. They have taken ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, acro, hip hop and contemporary classes. I would have never guessed my shy girls would love performing so much not only in group performances but solos and duets as well. They even had an opportunity to complete in a sister dance together with one other pair of sisters. Certainly memories we as parents cherish so much! All of the instructors including owners Kim and Philip treat my girls as their own family. They have not only taught my girls amazing dance technique but also improved their confidence, self expression and taught them what its like to be a dedicated to a team...qualities and values that will help guide them in life further than the performance stage. Dancing at studio 1 has truly been a family affair for us. They even include the dads for a special daddy daughter dance at the end of the year recital. I would absolutely recommend Studio 1 to anyone looking to grow as a dancer both recreationally or competitively!

Studio 1 is an amazing dance studio! Growing up dancing, I knew exactly what I was looking for in a dance studio for my kids. I have found everything I was looking for and more in Studio 1! My daughter and son started off with recreational classes and are now part of the Studio 1 Company competitive dance team. We love Studio 1 because our kids are really growing as dancers and individuals while having FUN and making lifelong friends. We love the owners and all of the dance instructors because not only are they well qualified (you should see Kim walk across the room on her hands!) they know how to bring out the best in our children and how to motivate and encourage them to become stronger more confident dancers whether they were recreational or competitive. AND... their adult classes are the best! HIGHLY recommend Studio 1!!

I have daughters who are 7 & 9 years old, and theybe been dancing with Studio 1 since theyve been 3 yrs. old. This is a fantastic studio, it feels more like family than just a place where my children dance. Kim & Philip are both extremely talented and their genuine love of dance is expressed in all they do. They are also 2 of the kindest people I know. We currently do rec classes and my girls have grown tremendously as dancers. Highly recommend this studio to anyone! Very skilled & professional instructors, in a family type environment keeps us happily dancing year after year!

Studio One is a great studio for both recreational and serious dancers. Kim and Philip, as well as all of their staff, are well qualified, enthusiastic, and dedicated to creating a space for dancers of all ages. I have been attending adult classes for several years and am grateful to be a part of the dance family at Studio 1. My daughter has been dancing at Studio 1 for the last 5 years, the last 4 years she has been on the company team. I cannot find words to say how happy we are that we have made Studio 1 our dance home. Owners, Kim and Phillip, are amazing with the kids of all ages and skill levels. Ballet instruction with Ms. Su is wonderful. My daughter has grown so much working with them. We LOVE Studio 1!!!!!!!

My daughter has been dancing at Studio One on their competitive dance team for the past 7 years. There is no other place that we would rather have spent the last 7 years dancing. Within one year of starting at Studio One, I have watched her grow tremendously! We are very proud of the teachings she has received from Kim, Philip, and the rest of the teachers at the studio.
