We bought a fixer upper and set about to hire companies to replace the roof, install granite & backsplash, flooring, painting and popcorn ceiling removal. Certapro was hired to do the painting and popcorn ceiling removal. They were only able to remove the popcorn from one ceiling (master bedroom) citing it was taking too long to remove the remainder of the house. That ceiling had to be refinished and they did an awful job. We are going to have to install VERY wide molding to hide the shabby job they did. As for the painting in the reminder of the house, it is horrible. We are having to redo the paint job ourselves. They got paint on our fireplace mantle, wood floor and on several light sockets and just left it. We contacted certapro and the owner came out to see the shabby work that was done. We were told that the same painters would come out to make it right. They showed up and got their ladder but apparently did not even ring the doorbell as my husband was home at the time they claim they came by. We have not heard from them since. If you want a professional job done this company is not for you! I might add that all of the other companies we contracted did a great job!

Certa Pro has outstanding customer service. Chris backs up his work 100 percent. His crew removed some popcorn from my ceilings. Some of the ceiling wasnt as smooth as other parts Chris was more than willing to correct the problem. You can have peace of mind doing business with Chris. I would recommend Certa Pro to anyone.

Excellent work on my exterior windows and doors, which needed work after 9 years of winters. Pressure washed the whole house, and painted windows, garage door, and exterior trim which turned out great. Crew was polite, professional, and thorough. I would recommend Chris Holloway and his team to anyone!
