Slow at repairs and building upkeep (how long is that sheetrock patch going to go unpainted - now taking bets). Building temps are not controlled well so you freeze in the winter and roast in the summer. Snow removal is non-existent. Seriously considering bringing my own shovel to work but why is that even necessary!? We have individuals with special needs and they dont even clear the snow for them. This is just the short list.

I can not say anything good about this company. I have called multiple times leaving messages, and called asking to speak to a real person about important problems that needed to be deal with right away. And all that happened is a very rude woman told me to "not talk to her like that" and "have a good day" and hung up on me. What a great way to run a business.

We use Roers for multiple rentals near the NDSU campus. Great service and a fantastic company to work with. I would highly recommend anyone to rent from them!
