I was told it would only take 2 or 3 days to complete my order for 250 business cards. It took almost a week. I am very disappointed. Also while I was there, I was not the only person who did not get my printed materials on time. After this experience, I am not going to ever pay ahead for business cards again. I was skeptical of that originally and should have listened to the red flags. Neither myself or the other gentlemen who received our materials late were given any sort of discount. Instead the gentleman at the desk only proceeded to repeat "Im sorry, Im sorry, Im sorry". It was very unprofessional.
