I have been a customer of ODEE for years. I cant believe that I am only now getting to post a review since I received nothing but the best service and top products. And I did evaluate many companies through my years as a Marketing Manager for major companies. The team is really strong and dedicated to making the job right for their customers. I use their services for both print and promotional items, and I know I get the best every time because I do send bid opportunities to other companies as well. Recently worked with Madelyn @ ODEE to order a small promo order but got the star treatment even if the amount wasnt necessarily big. They stand true and proud behind their customers and really work as a great partner. In the promo business, companies often have to rely on manufacturers that may have shortages or delays and the one thing that is outstanding with ODEE is that they will fight to get you what you need when you need it. Sounds basic, but fundamental. They never failed to deliver for me! Rating? Super Star!!!

Disappointed in quality of printing. Did not match the colors of my original business stationery. Even the card and letterhead stock was different in color and texture. Made inappropriate excuses and refused to correct.
