This is the only time Ive written a review and it is to say I received the worst haircut of my life at this place. My barber smelled like weed, but was friendly enough. I asked for a fade on the sides blended into the top and a trim on top. The fade was decent, but there was no blend whatsoever, and somehow half of my bangs, and a portion of the top of my head was shaved (Ive uploaded a picture). Ill probably need to shave my head now. What should have been a simple haircut ended up being a disaster. Then, my barber tried to scam me. As I was trying to pay for the cut in cash, the barber told me it was 25 dollars. I didnt have 25 in cash, so when I tried to pay with card, he told me that 20 in cash would work. He took my money without ringing me up or anything, and I left because I simply wanted to get out of the barber shop to find a hat. Bottom line: I advise you to take your business elsewhere.

I referred my husband to this shop at its opening after seeing it in the Fairfield Commons Mall. He finally went on a Tuesday and waited nearly 2 hours after working all day, 45 minutes from home, to get his first barbershop experience. Another man walked in after my husband had waited all that time, and that other man was presented with chair service instantly. Husband walked out. He said another man booked an appointment but he too had to wait for his barber as he was not on time. The impression is, clientele is fulfilled. So if youre not a regular, I wouldnt waste your time. - After reading the reviews while looking for another shop, he was done a favor. Ouch. Some of these are brutal!

I received one of the worst haircuts of my life by Dre yesterday evening around 8pm after waiting nearly an hour for a cut while another barber was sitting on his a** eating cheetos. He was more busy on his phone than he was cutting my hair. Not only did he push my hairline back, but he nicked me twice. He cut far up into the top if the style ruining my haircut. When I got home I ended up cutting it off and touching up the hack job fade he did. Im highly disappointed s the barber I had for years works in this shop and just happened to not be in.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. The worst experience of my life. Was completely ignored because my skin color. Walked in and was ignored for 10 minutes, then someone walks in after me who happend to be black gets recognized and motioned over to get cut first. The most racists experience of my life. Filed a complaint with the Fairfeild Mall.

I sent my husband to get my son a haircut and when they returned I was furious. My husband said that Tracy cut his hair and that he spent more time on his phone and talking about himself instead of being focussed on my sons head. Thankfully my mother in law cuts hair and could fix my sons head before school the next day. We wont be back.

Took my very young nephew in for a trim and Line up. The guy cutting his hair was rude and unprofessional. He was on his phone a lot and didnt seem to give us the individual attention we should have had. Maybe Tracy needs some customer service training. Maybe we will give a different barber in the shop a chance next time.

I tried to tell them what I wanted and they didnt understand some how when I just asked for an inch of. So they made me look at the frame that had pictures of haircuts and I picked the closest one and said "with more hair" and they just gave me what was in the picture and I now look like an egg

Ive been to this place 3 times 1 time I made an appointment even after making that pointment waited an hour and a 1/2 the other 2 times Ive been in there has been at least an hour and a 1/2 wait also. The Barbers in there are not that skill,mediocre to be honest. Its not worth your time.

That was the worst haircut Ive ever had in my life. Didnt even say his name, didnt talk to me, didnt understand what SCISSOR CUT THE TOP meant. So he just did a complete hack job on my head. Went straight somewhere else to fix it..

Brought both of my sons and both got great cuts. My younger son is picky and wants his hair long and out of control...the barber found a cut that he was cool with and made momma happy.
