im not one to do reviews but this one is very deserving. No matter what it is you need whether its the salon or the spa Accents is the place to go. Ive been coming to Accents for a very long time these ladies are the very BEST at what they do and very professional at it. I always feel like family when I walk in the smiles are contagious, the atmosphere is awesome never thought getting my haircut would be something I look forward to as I do. I go every 3 weeks and will continue to until they tell me I have no more hair to cut.

I have been going to Accents since it opened and believe the salon and spa is he best in the Chagrin Valley (and beyond!) Pam cuts my hair like no one else and I look forward to going for my cut, color and supportive care!!! Always feel terrific after I am done - whether it is the color with Christina, the mani-pedi with Lauren and/or Andies great care of my skin!!! Most of all, Chriss kindness and patience with my crazy scheduling needs! Love everyone there!

Great staff and awesome cut. First time visiting the salon and will definitely be returning. I have curly hair and usually dread going to salons because its never dried properly. My hairdresser at Accents dried it the best Ive ever seen!!! Looked awesome and felt good. She did exceptional work. Cant wait to come back for my next cut!

My favorite bunch of people: all very welcoming and approachable. I had the best color and hair cuts in my life in this salon ... Andrea is incredibly precise and has a very good eye for an appropriate style: just let her do her own magic, she does not need much direction from you - a true pro!

Im a guy so usually just get a cut here, or maybe a cut and color. They do a great job! Im going to branch out a little more and try more of the services such as facial, manicure etc so I may weigh in again and give an update in the future. Recommended.

I decided to try Accents Salon when I moved to Ohio almost 11 years ago - what a great decision! Not only have the stylists proven themselves to be talented and current, but the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. Truly a place to escape!

I was excited to find an Aveda salon but service was poor quality with a very high price. Staff was nice but the salon is cramped and my gel manicure was poorly done. Overall very disappointed.
