When I made an appointment with Avanti Salon I asked who the most experienced stylist was and was refered to Amy. I went in and had a consultation to explain exactly what I wanted to do with my long beautiful hair. I had patiently waited 8 years, with regular trims on my hair to make sure there were no layers, no coloring, no perming. I asked to keep all my waist length hair long with a blunt cut across the back and a 1/2 inch box cut layer on the bottom just to make it look a bit thicker. I then told her that I did NOT want it to look choppy and told her NOT to put any layers in it. She repeated my instuctions so I was pretty comfortable that she knew what she was doing. The first thing she did was come over and hack a large section off from the chin down. There goes my 8 years down the toilet. Considering it costs $700. to get a weave these days, I AM LIVID!! Unlike the weave that hung from Amys hair that was obviously cut from the backside of a yak, mine hair was all natural and all mine and WAS all one length. This salon does NOT guarantee their services either so not only is my beautiful hair destroyed. I had to pay for it as well. The only compenstation I got for this disaster is an in store credit for product that I certainly dont need or want since I had already purchased products from them. So not only did they destroy my hair I had to pay for it twice since I had to go to a different salon to have the damage repaired, as much as he could repair anyway. I ended up paying $170 to have my hair done, and still did not get what I wanted. This salon offers inexperienced services at high end prices. Save your money AND your hair. When you walk in the salon, look closely at the hacked up womens hair styles there. Its my bet that they vomit out 100 of these bad haircuts a day. You could be next.

Came in for the first time this weekend to clean up my brows. I should have taken a better look at them at the salon, because it wasnt until I got home that I realized that the girl completely over-waxed and the changed the shape of my already thin eyebrows (I mentioned a few times that I prefer to keep them on the fuller side). And it wasnt even symmetrical - one brow is now half the previous length, the other one is ~3/4! The salon itself seemed very nice, and everyone was very friendly and pleasant. I might come back for other services some day, but, unfortunately, definitely not eye brow wax..

I have been going to Avanti Salon for almost 13 years. I have always felt welcomed when I walk in for my appointments. Dani does a fabulous job with my hair and truely works with me to find the "right" style for me. She goes above & beyond. She has been cutting my sons hair since his first hair cut and knows how to engage him and make him feel special. Mandie, Jessica & Amanda are all fantastic nail techs !! I know if Mandie is not available that anyone will do a fabulous job. The entire staff at Avanti are courteous, helpful and do a wonnderful job! I cant imagine going anywhere else!!

A friend of a friend tried it and loved it, told my friend to go and she loved it. When I saw how great her hair looked I had to try it and I was extremely pleased with the result. Both my friend and I have long hair. I highly recommend Marisa for long hair. They treat you like royalty, provide extra service, and have great suggestions. Loved every minute of it. Ask to meet their assistant, he gave me a great hand and arm massage, what a surprise! I also bought several of their Aveda products. I really like Aveda quality.

I have been a client for about 3 years and am always pleased with the results. I have fibromyalgia and difficulty with hand dexterity. Alyssa listens and understands what it is I can do and not do, what I like and dont like and ALWAYS does a great job with my hair. I also have sensitive toes and nail filing can be painful. She goes above and beyond to ensure that hair care and pedicures are a positive experience. I have only positive things to say about Avanti Salon. They are the best.

Ive been to Avanti Salon 3 times and all were the best experience Ive had! Everyone is very nice and reasonably priced. They use Aveda products so my hair always spells great when I leave! Im sorry "shosmer" has a bad experience with Amy but I adore Amy and she has done such a great job EVERY time! I recommend this salon to everyone and think it is well worth the drive!

I LOVE Avanti! Everyone there is welcome and friendly so you feel great as soon as you walk in the door. Monica does my hair perfectly each time. She really knows and understands what I want. While she was pregnant or if she gets busy there is always someone who pitches in to help. They flawlessly help each other out to keep their guests happy and moving.

I was always reluctant to go to a salon to get my hair done. After going to Avanti and letting Russ cut my hair I have a newfound appreciation for hair stylists. Have not been able to get the same fade anywhere else. You can leave feeling satisfied with a perfect haircut ever time.

Called and made appointment for the same day for shampoo and cut. Had to wait about 10 minutes past appointment time but I was ok with it. Traveling through the area so I had never been here before. Service was great and love my cut!

The place looks nice and so do the girls working there, but they have no idea how to handle a man with long hair and long beard. Good place for easy cuts and a little massage but would never visit for complex hair styles.

I have been going to Avanti for years and am always pleased with my haircut and highlights. I receive compliments on my hair all the time! The staff is professional and exceptionally talented! I wouldnt go anywhere else!
