Cincinnati Catering catered (buffet style) and provided bar service for my wedding Memorial Day Weekend. Husband and I had attended a wedding which they catered so we decided to check them out. Prior to the event they were always in contact with us, at one point the date got mixed up and they fixed it immediately. Husband gags at sour cream and they removed it from their menu for us. I dont eat red meat and they provided meatless mostaccioli. Prices were very reasonable and for the service, well worth it. People are still talking about how good the food was and there was always plenty of it, some said they had never been so well fed at a wedding - we even got a TON of leftovers to take home. On a side note: you have the option to donate your leftovers to a homeless organization they work with. In all of the wedding chaos, I forgot about that but if you use them, consider the option! What really made me give them 5 stars though was the hospitality of every single one of the staff members. The bar staff was professional and made great drinks, no watered down garbage with cheap liquor, but also when a few friends began to abuse the bar, they did the responsible thing and cut them off. When we (the bride and groom) walked into the hall to do the receiving line they gave us a standing ovation. They even helped us pick up the party and get people on the dance floor at one point! We really could not have asked for a better company to work with.

The catered meal was for a sit down wedding reception dinner. The entree choices were pasta with sauce and veggie/protein selections not unlike a simple, inexpensive restaurant menu and were chosen by the guests ahead of time. Management acknowledged after the event that they had discussed the difficulty for them in providing this meal service with the bride and groom in advance of the event yet nonetheless still contracted to provide the meal. So management was willing to take our money with the foreknowledge that the result was very likely to be unsatisfactory. The nice lady I talked with said she knows of no company that will decline business so I conclude that potential customers should be wary in dealing with this firm since they are willing to accept customer money with no assurance of a quality outcome. Remember that the catering firm has no "skin in the game". Only 3 out of 8 temp agency food servers showed up for the dinner so the actual table service was doomed to be disorganized and unresponsive from the start. Guests often received food selections different than ordered, the food was lukewarm, the quality of food was comparable to Dennys, and as a finale, they wasted about $350. of Proseco by opening bottles unnecessarily. On the positive side, no one has reported food poisoning. Beware.

Took my family to their Mothers Day Brunch, at The Kolping Center. Food was amazing and the event was well organized. When we first walked in they gave all mothers a flower and we got our picture taken by a professional photographer. I thought that was very thoughtful of them. My daughter was able to run around onstage and be a toddler and no one was annoyed and everyone was very friendly. All in all, I was very pleased. I will definitely be back next Mothers Day. I will also be calling Cincinnati Catering next time I have any event that needs catering. WELL DONE!!

Cincinnati Catering may have been the best part of my wedding. They did a wonderful job on the food, let us pick up the linens/chargers/utensils the day before so we could set up, and when our wedding ran late (because whats a wedding without issues?!?) they stuck around and kept the food warm without any complaints. Such a wonderful group and it was such a pleasure dealing with Shannon. I would recommend Cincinnati Catering to anyone who needs to feed a group for any reason.

The food is delicious, presentation is great, prices are reasonable and the staff is very professional and timely. Everything is prepared and presented with excellence. I hosted a networking event last night at my office that Cincinnati Catering was hired to bar tend and cater and I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the level of service they provided. The event was a huge success! The quality and yumminess of the food they catered was exceptional; the staff on site was professional, timely and super friendly; and the setup/cleanup was done quickly and flawlessly. I will definitely use them again for all my catered events.

You made our wedding perfect! The hall was beautifully arranged and the food was excellent. We couldnt have asked for anything better. From the inital meeting with your staff to view the hall, to the tasting and selection of the wonderful food, and down to the day of the event, your staff was so courteous and pleasing. We use Cincinnati Catering for many of our corporate lunches and events. I never have to worry about how the food or presentation will turn out - it is always first. It makes my job easier and makes me look good, too. The staff is first rate and professional. We would highly recommend Cincinnati Catering for any event - large or small!

This place was great & we highly recommend this company to any event! They showed up on time to serve between 20-30 people for a retirement party and were friendly & professional the entire time. The food was delicious! We will definitely be using them again at future events at our facility.

The food was good but they didnt bring enough food! There were only 2 dishes left when we still had 3 tables of guests unserved! Very embarrassing!! No apologies from them at all! Highly recommend not to use them as your wedding caterer!!!
