LOVE THIS CENTER! I"M LUCKY TO HAVE MY CHILDREN HERE ;-) I am so happy I found this center for my children!! I have 3 children that attend Little Miracles. Finding this center has been one of the best things to happen to our lives! I am at ease everyday because I know my children are being well cared for. My infant daughter reaches for her teacher every morning and my other children run to their classrooms with excitement. The teachers here are very friendly and knowledgeable. My children have learned so much while attending this center. My son is now in preschool at Little Miracles but he started at this center as an infant. The owner, Monique, is always there and available. She is not a Director that stays in her office. I always see her in one of the classrooms interacting with the students and teachers. The energy here is positive. The teachers are always smiling. The facility is very clean and always smells good. I wait to use there bathroom facilities after work! I have never had an issue with my childs belongings being misplaced. They ask that you place your childs belongings in their cubbies in the morning. Working with them and following this policy ensures that items arent misplaced. I like that in the preschool area all four teachers have college degrees in Early Childhood Education. This is not a babysitting center. This is a school and I can tell through the success that my children have had. This center is not a center that has a lot of young staff. The majority of the staff here are over 35 which puts me more at ease. I visit the center multiple times throughout the day at various times to nurse my daughter and I always see my child and others being held and cared for. I like that I never hear a lot of crying in the infant rooms because the children are being well cared for. All of the students are always supervised by staff. I have had multiple family members and co workers transfer their children to this center and I have heard the horror stories that some families have dealt with at other programs so I am always on the look out however have been pleased for 4 years that the quality of care here has remained top notch. I see why this program has expanded 4 times!!! They are simply the BEST!

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! The "teachers" are not trained. I would not be surprised if they werent even CPR certified. My 3 month old attended for almost two weeks and within in that small timeframe there were several incidents. On her first and third day she was sent home with someone elses pacifier that she had been sucking on all day. After the first incident I spoke with the director Monique and was assured she would handle it. I emailed her after the second incident and never received a response back. EVERYDAY she attended my mother stopped in on her lunch and also did the afternoon pickup. She told her "teacher" several times not to swaddle her, only to find her swaddled day after day. There is a mattress in the infant room on the floor, the sheet was soiled, stained, and disgusting. My mother asked how often they cleaned and was told they do a "deep clean" once a week. She then brought the mattress to their attention and it was changed. Tuesday of the second week, my mother came to pick her up and she was in someone elses crib. Monique, who is usually never there, was in her office and my mother addressed the swaddling and crib situation. She said she "wasnt sure how that happened" and she would address it yet again. My child was usually fed while sitting in a glider. One bottle in her mouth and another bottle in the next babies mouth. Her teacher always fed two at once, one on her lap and my child in the glider. She was rarely held or nurtured. They leave the toddlers (1 year olds) out in the hallway in a high chair while eating with NO supervision. 80% of the staff looks between the ages of 18-20. Today my childs pants were soaked through. My mother took her pants off and her diaper was soaked and soiled. According to her daily record she was last changed at 1:58, she was picked up at 3:45. We believe she was in the glider all day except for the few times she was changed. Needless to say, she will not be back. I attempted to speak with her "teacher" or Monique after I got off work but neither one was there. This place is unsanitary and very unsafe. Do not send your children there. The staff that Ive dealt with is incompetent. They do not care about the children and it shows. They dont even deserve one star.

We have been at LMCDC for 3 months now and the experiences I have had are mostly positive. The teachers are nice and you get updates with pictures of your child throughout the day. At the end of each day you get a daily report which details what the class did. My older son (hes almost 4) loves it and looks forward to going. I dont think its really beneficial for younger kids (my youngest is 1). I say this because he is not at the age of learning anything that they can teach; infants learn through what they see so he basically crawls around all day putting things in his mouth. I didnt give the center 5 stars because (a) my kids are constantly sick (colds/diaper rash); I know this is an expectation when your kids are in daycare, but until I find a place that holds cleanliness to a higher level and combats this stigma, I am unsatisfied; and (b) they constantly say my infant had a "blow out" bowel movement and change his clothes, but when hes home he very rarely does, which leads me to believe the reality is at that time the diaper was already full from not being changed so the poop seeped through. To put this into context, he was just home with me for 2 full weeks over the holidays and not once did he have a "blow out". Overall, I recommend LMCDC for kids 2 and up who can truly benefit from the curriculum they provide. As stated earlier, the teachers are very friendly and seem to have a genuine care for working with kids. They know the kids and the families which makes a parent feel like their child will be well cared for. If you have kids under 2, I would try to find a nanny or family relative because all your child is going to do is get sick while you pay $250/week. This is not to say the infant teachers arent awesome as well because they are, but I am not a fan of paying hundreds of dollars each week for my child to crawl around and be ill all the time.

As new parents, we are pleased to recommend this day care. Like most parents, we had a lot of worries and doubts when it came to leaving our baby boy with strangers for the first time. Fortunately, my fears were alleviated the moment we stepped through the door and dropped him off for the first time. Little Miracles is a warm, inviting place that has plenty of resources and provides a safe environment for children. Furthermore, all of the children are happy and sociable while parents enjoy the security of having peace of mind when dropping their children off daily. Our son was a little over 2 months old when he started attending Little Miracles and has actually grown to enjoy being dropped off (most mornings). He gets excited as soon as he enters the classroom and the staff just loves him. We receive pictures, updates, and even videos throughout the day which allows us to be more at ease with our son being away at daycare and also ensures that our son is in good hands while being able to visually see his daily progress and growth via daily reports that are provided at pick-up. We especially enjoy the family feel the staff provides which exemplifies that they are loving, dedicated individuals. They include a well-planned curriculum to ensure our son is meeting every milestone and is developing all his motor, social, and speaking skills that allow him to grow and advance at a steady pace. We love this day care and would recommend it for anyone who wants their children to get the care, social skills and fun they deserve while feeling confident and comfortable with the staff and the fact that your child will be in daycare!
