I have been a regular at Abstract since 2013 when I first moved to the area. As a local student, I have found Abstract to be very convenient with reasonable prices (there’s even a student discount). I have always felt very welcome, well taken care of (the coffee and snacks are great!) and have loved the environment and staff. As for a specific stylist, Nichole has been cutting, dying, and styling my hair since my first appointment in 2013. I change my hair often and she has continuously impressed me with her ability to cut all styles — from long, to medium, and now to a pixie! I’ve had her do an ombré on my brunette hair when it was long that turned out awesome. She recently took my hair to a platinum blonde (with a light lavender shampoo wash) and I’ve received SO many compliments! I can bring her in a picture of what I’m looking for and she can turn it into reality. She has also given me several excellent manicures. Nichole (and the other staff) make great conversation, are friendly and helpful, and have excellent opinions. I will be sad to be leaving Cleveland this summer, but when I visit, I’ll be sure to schedule my appointment with her! (:

We just visited this salon on Friday for my wedding and it was more than perfect. Ryan is the main stylist I see, but all of the women are so talented and passionate that all are are great to work with! We came in and it was a chilly, rainy day. They had fresh hot coffee and pumpkin spice creamer waiting for us, which was just so thoughtful. The whole process of utilizing this salon for our wedding was ideal. From having amazingly fun hair trials to the big day itself, every experience was flawless. Our hair was so beautiful and unique for each one of us. The pricing at this salon is fantastic as well. For being a Paul Mitchell salon with high end stylists, I could not believe how reasonable the final bill was. Brides - seriously check this place out. Not only was this salon for my big day, but I only trust these ladies for my regular services as well. Thank you so much for being so great!

I am very difficult and hard to please! I either dont communicate what I want correctly or people dont know how/or dont want to do what I am asking for. Not Nicole! She nails it! Now instead of me asking on the street where get their hair done, searching for that perfect hi/lo chunky contrasted combo, they ask me:) Yay, Nicole rocks. Dakota, Cindy and Ryan are awesome as well.
