The whole experience from the moment I stepped in was terrible, they have asked to leave my car for 4 hours for a buffing job, as the employee who does the work is presently working on another car. When I did come back they tried to charge me a $100 additional to the $69, for the work that was never done, the detailing on the external of the car was only half done and the doors were not touched. I had to wait close to an hour to pick my car, as they did not have my keys - they said the detailer has left the facility with my car keys and they are waiting on him to come back to the car wash shop with my keys. While I was waiting I had most terrifying conversation with Joe who works at the Carnegie Auto Wash and Detail, he is very unprofessional person and does not listen. Terrible people extremely bad work ethic. Poor communication skills.

I absolutely love this car wash! I enjoy interacting with the other waiting customers and just seeing how smooth everything runs. Its by far the best place to get your car detailed! I live in Akron but spend so much time in Cleveland, and every chance I get I make sure I have enough money set aside for the car wash! Excellent customer service and excellent attention to detail! They even cleaned & waxed the 5th wheel on the Jeep....awesome!!!

It was poor quality work and the owner as very condesending ! He uses guys fresh out of jail and on two different occasions I went there because at first the work appeared to be really good but when i got in my car they hadnt cleaned anything and when i told the owner he stated that maybe I needed a miracle rather than admit his workers failed miserably plus I have a 2016 ! He will Never get another dime of my money, him or his inmates !!!

My car came out filthy and the attendants wanted to rub the dirt off with damp rags . This would have caused massive micro-scratching. I stopped them and drove away with my dirty car... $20 poorer. I called management and the woman who answered tolerated my complaint and offered no corrective action. This place used to be good. Its not any more.

Horrible business.. They broke my door handle n wasnt apologetic abt the situation.said its my car..just gt my car n August. My car wasnt clean they were rude n nasty the place smelled of urine n the manager had a very nasty attitude..they need to b shut down I will never ever cone here again Ill spit on my car before coming 2 this rat hole

$20 gets you a nice wash and they vacuum your car out. You will be there for about 30 minutes or so though, maybe quicker if you just get the exterior wash, but they do the inside for $5 or so, very much worth it.

Just went today for the first time with my baby 2010 Camaro. They are literally the BEST car wash I have ever been to! They did a FANTASTIC job! They are extremely kind and detail oriented. HIGHLY recommended!!!
