I am not very happy with the service I recieved on sunday Jan. 24, 2016. One of your attends broke the driver side mirror of my 2010 Ford Flex. He physically pushed the mirror in causing it to break, then he had a very condescending attitude. He claimed since it was over 5 years old nothing can be done and all things break after 5 years. My car is over 5 years old but has only 62,000 miles on it and is very well maintained at the dealership, only. An incident report was filled out, but I feel your company is responsible to fix it. If it were machine error, I could understand. Since your employee roughly treated my car, he should fix it. The tech at Ford looked at it to see if there was any "so called corrosion" (This was a suggestion by your employee as the reason why it broke) and there was none to be found. I was told it was perfect, it just looked like someone tried to rip it off. The total amount is $416.04 to fix it at the dealership. I can send you the bill if I could find your address for corporate. I have emailed this company since the incident but no one will answer. I have 4 kids and cant afford to pay for someone to treat my only vehicle like this. Dont go to this business their business policy is bull. Their employee broke my mirror and now they refuse to fix it or even respond to emails.

The sign says they are open till 7:00 pm. Theyre gone most nights by 6:15. I bought a monthly pass which is all but worthless if theyre closed by the time I get there after work. If the sign said they are open till 7:00 pm, then they need to be there till 7:00 pm. (And no, it was not raining; it was a nice day.) Also, they offer self serve vacuums service. The vacuums are poorly maintained; the hoses often fall apart and they never clean the filters. When I pointed out that they needed to clean the filters, I was told that they were too busy to clean the filters. So the free self-serve vacuum service is also worthless.

My passenger side view mirror was destroyed in this car wash. When I went to have the company advise about how to have it repaired, I was told it was not their fault, but that I was just trying to "rip them off." Multiple times when I explained about when it happened and that I was in the car when it happened, the response was just that I was lying. Finally, I was given a form and asked to provide two estimates from which I would be reimbursed. That was the last I have heard from them. They have not replied to my phone nor have they paid the estimated cost of the repair.

This place is terrible, it destroyed my drivers side mirror twice and would not wash my work truck twice. Once for having equipment in the bed and second because there was less than a handful little rocks, most of them were actually dirt balls. So, I went the the Buckeye Super wash and had great service!! DO NOT GO TO WHEELEY CLEAN, IT IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Washes cars with care and great customer service. Makes sure car is always clean. I went in there with my oversized van which they didnt discriminate, (unlike other car washes) covered in mud, the guy spraying the van didnt stop until that van was clean. I tipped the guy and said thanks. He said "thats just my job its no big deal."

Dont visit this location. Wanted to buy a monthly pass but would not accept cash. He said it had to be put on a credit card. The attendant could not show me where it says this. This is severe misrepresentation of the services offered. Left message with their corporate office. Waiting for a response.

Went there yesterday the fat Hispanic worker was mean to his co-worker,he was yelling at him because he did not want to scrub my car and he wants him to do it when the other kid was taking care of the other customer it was so uncomfortable,went there around 4pm,.

Great customer service. Quick and easy. Plus two time frames during the day for TWO DOLLARS OFF! Great job! Rewards program based on license plate, so you dont have to remember where you put your punch card! Will definitely come again because of the convenience.

This car wash isnt very good. Its also expensive. They have hard water. Always water spots and left over bugs on the vehicle after leaving. Pat and Ray are good employees, others seem to be about useless. Go to a laser wash instead if you can.

One person working. He takes your money then has to run around the building to dry. It looks ridiculous and unprofessional. Are you that cheap...pay another person!!!! What a joke!
