Ive worked for labor ready for many years but NEVER have been through anything like this. If you are not a convict or drug addict they hardly want anything to do with you. The staff is unprofessional rude and pompous. The staff is better than you and treat you like its outrageous your in their face waisting their time. They will make you say your phone number your social security number and birth date while theres a crowd of ex convict herion addicts surrounding you and the counter. A staff member brought me in for a job to have his co- worker throw her head back and laugh in my face in front of a room full of people because that job never really existed. Finally she sent me on a wild goose chase after another job but she have me the wrong address. I found the job anyway because Im from the area and the client said he had to many people already. Labor ready staff member only wanted me out of her face so she could continue to socialize with the junkies standing all around her counter. I pursued their higher management only to run into more problems. One phone call here and it will convince you to run away as fast as you can.

If you are looking for steady day to day work...this is not your place. If you are looking in making more then min wage this is not the place for you. Work here is often sparce and when they do have work there is no overtime and they often pick and choose who they want to send. They also have way to many rules to pay just the bare min ( call in to message center, fired if you dont show up even 1 time (being late is counted) and more... I dont know about the druggies and drunks ...Those are no longer a problem like they used to be because of the new rules and crackdowns put into place, along with a new drug testing system. As far as homeless people (thats their business) and its better for them to be working at a temp agency then have a sign out begging for money there are alot of people who are only one pay check a way from homelessness. All in all unless your desprite this place is not worth it.

the staff are rude, and stuck up. they think they are better than everyone that walks in there, none of the staff can keep their word such as "yea ill put you on the ticket for tomorrow" and by the time tomorrow comes around and your ready for work and up at 430 in the morning and get their and they say your name isnt on the ticket, and if you work at night, and your ride leaves you your s.o.l you better start walking, and if your working duiring the day, and your ride leaves yopu at the work site, yourll be sitting their for a couple hours waiting on one of the staff to finish thier lunch or they forgot or some other bullshit

I would not recommend this place if we wasnt desperate for money I would not come to this place, they are the only labor ready that makes you wait till the next day pay, most people dont have money for gas or nothing if you do have money to work its only enough for one day, on top of that when the next day comes they wont even pay in a reasonable time they closed down the office until 230 why when they are not paying anyone wow how does a person make a living from this?

These people supposedly do background checks. Hire violent felons and drug users but deny employment to someone with no criminal history or drug use based in whole or in part on information received on their so-called background check. From what Ive experienced it seems to me they do background checks because they want to employ shady people rather than honest hard workers trying to pay bills.

Absolutely awful, staff is not proactive at all, work is sparse and when there is work it is almost never worth the 8 dollars an hour your going to get
