Today we had the pleasure of working with the ladies at this location. After moving from Illinois it was hard for my boyfriend to find a job in Columbus due to him not knowing the area, and the lack of jobs that would fit our schedule with only having one car and kids that needed shuttled around. When we first walked in all four of the ladies greeted us. Our appointment was with Tonya however, all four ladies were willing to help with the whole application process. By the time we had left the establishment we had respect for the ladies working there and my boyfriend had a job! We are very satisfied with their friendly professionalism, caring attitudes and the homey feeling we received from the office. If you are looking for a job please make all effort to head over to iforce Columbus West. If you have the will to work they will make a way. Thank you Tonya for taking your time to help Brady find a job. you have made his day by giving him a chance!

IForce staffing has really helped me alot. I really DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN. Lets see... They are very understanding because they gave me an assignment and i was in a dilimia because my son daycare opened at six... but they had me a job two days later and it was a higher pay. I said all that to say know matter what situation you are going through just let them know and they will work with you. they are not like other staffing companys who look past your situation so that they can make a buck off you. so if you need a J.O.B go to iforce i guarantee that you will walk out of there with a job as long as they have work..No EXcuses .. THANK YOU LADIES (you cant just thank one because all of them work together)

I have been working with several staffing agencies. I would rate this, as the WORST I have worked with. The recruiters esp. Karen (spanish) is very rude, always defensive and disrespectful. They got very poor organization. Money doesnt come on time. Unlike other agencies they make you pay for background and drug tests and for uniforms that u might need at work. They are selfish and uncooperative. I would never recommend anyone to seek service from them because trust me, u will end up with big disappointment!

Been working for this company going on three years. The new girl Karen comes in and is just rude and disrespectful. I called her to get some clarification about a position and she gets smart and ask me can I read? Hmm well I could read well enough to fill out an application three years ago so yeah I can read...so rude and ghetto to speak with someone when your supposed to be a professional. I dont recommend this place to anyone unless they get rid of her.

Despicable people entirely. The rudest most offense service you can get. I came in for job help and was referred to a staff member by the name of Menzley and another named Tanya. They were sarcastic and unprofessional. They treat you like you are some joke. I had signed up for automatic available position updates via phone but had to block the number because these people talk so nasty.

I was told by Becky to come in and fill out an application. I spent half an hour waiting for an 5-10 minute interview. I sat at some Spanish chick desk and she advised me that they only had "warehouse" jobs. I advised her I did not want that position and they didnt even apologize for wasting my gas nor time.
