Yes the cereal job is bad. You probably will quit or be sent home in the first week. But the thing I though was funny about solutions was that because Im an American white male I had to provide all the normal things like ss card and I.d. card, but when I saw some people in the office who were obviously of different ethnic background. They said all they needed was to be able to speak english for the interview. A guy came in with another fellow and wanted to translate for him. They asked him if he had documentation, the translator said no. They said it was okay but he needed to speak english to take the interview. Lmfao seriously these places have special rules in place to help an illegal get a job. Where as if I didnt have my card with me it would be hey come back another time. Sadly this is why Americans cant get jobs. because places like this have special treatment for illegals. Why else would the be in those neighborhoods.

This by far is one of the worse temporary services in Columbus. They lack professionalism and treat people any kind of way. My friend has worked here for several months and on numerous occasions he did not get paid. Corporate office is a joke and when he confronted them with his issue they advised him that hed have to wait until their mistake was resolved. This temporary agency takes advantage of the less fortunate and has no regards for its employess or their well-being. If you can avoid this agency please do, stay far far away.

The only reason why gave this place 3 stars is because there are no chairs to sit at while you operate one of the computers, so you have to stand the entire time, which may take hours. Even if they just bought cheap chairs, still that would be something great. Also, I cant really remember, but I dont think that they had a big sign outside the building with the name of the company on it, so I had some difficulty in finding it.

Solutions Staffing is the WORST temp agency ever I have called an had to yell at Jeff and a couple other people there becuase they didnt want to pay me for the 2 weeks I worked for them. I turned them in and I am trying to take the to court for it. That money was for my bills. All they ever do is lie and cheat people out of there money. This is by far the worst Temp agency ever.

This place is a JOKE! Worst place ever! They treat people like they OWN them, like slaves or something... the staff over there have the WORST attitude! Receptionist should be fired... if youre a receptionist, you should be greeting people with a smile and be sincere in helping people instead of being RUDE! Nasty attitude... you should be fired!

They seem to lie a lot. Always post jobs on CL and when you call even 2 minutes after the ad was posted they dont have that job anymore. Other than that, Ive been to some crappy jobs and some really good ones. They have always paid me on time. But the lying about jobs is highly annoying. Dont post it if you really dont have it.

Everyone is super nice, and if you really are serious about working, they work with you and reach out to you. They even called me to see how the assignment is going. I love this location and the staff. Thank you guys and dont let the lazy people stop you from helping the ones that love yall.

Theeeeee most GHETTOEST temp agency EVER!!! Even the STAFF!! They place you on low paying, hood assignments the companies they contract with are just as hood & ghetto as they are! They dont listen to YOU as an employee, their more down for their ghetto companies they contract with

This office has always given me really good jobs, albeit some of them were a little bit of a drive. The staff are always professional, when I go in. (Its easier to handle in person than on the phone) Ill take this office over the Sunbury location any day; they get ZERO stars.

they never answer theyre phone. Ive been trying to call them for the last week. it always goes straight to voicemail. Ive never had this problem with any other temp agency. this is horrific.

Refuses to quit pinging my phone number. Ive asked them to stop calling but its constant recorded messages interrupting me several times a day. Will it never end?! What a horrible company!
