The experience I had at the labor ready was horrible. Their motto "same day pay" is a lie. They treat their customers and employees with discrimination and disrespect. You can wait hours trying to get payed for previous days worked, or just waiting to receive a work ticket. And when you are able to get their attention they respond in a rude classless behavior. All the dispatchers act like they are above you. They all lie and talk trash behind their customers and employees backs trying to get you (the employee) banned from their office out of spite and for their own sick amusement. Labor ready pays you $7.40 an hour (minimum wage) to break your back while their customer pays the office over 10-12 dollars an hour. When you do get payed its on a pay card and you have to go to an ATM to retrieve the money which will cost you a fee. Also watch out for Cathy. If she doesnt like the way you look shell antagonize you and scheme her way into getting you fired. Just thinking about her makes my stomach turn. That is just not good business or customer service, nor is it worth the sweat off my back to work for a company that has no respect for the people who are making them money in the first place.

I walked in here with my girlfriend looking for them to help me find a job. We approached the counter and waited as the lady behind the counter helped another couple with papers. while scanning the papers she rudely looked up and said "Um, Can I help you?!" I said sure and asked how to get started with looking for a job. She said do you have Valid I.D and a S.S Card. I dont happen to have my S.S card so i said no. The lady said she couldnt help me. I said there has to be something else. finally the lady behind her comes out and says that i can use a birth certificate. she then says after that I could bring in a "Prison I.D" basically accusing me of being a criminal now. I would suggest NOT GOING TO LABOR READY!! At least until they get new customer representatives that give a F%@k about their customers.

I LOVED working with Labor Ready because they were the only company that offered "same day, hourly wage" pay For YEARS..... However, theyre deciding (because currently some branches say their paying daily & then different branches say theyre paying weekly=CONFUSION) supposedly to pay-out WEEKLY; I hope someone from CORPORATE see theses reviews because this is ridiculous. If its not BROKE dont FIX! What makes you guys think this is a LOGICAL business move? Yall, company were know for being the only ones that pay "DAILY" Please, dont allow this to be a permanent change because I know for sure LABOR READY wouldnt be of good use to me considering the type of jobs they offer !! Please, SHARE and FORWARD this REVIEW. Thanks!!

They limit your work to there own preference, I usually work 2 jobs to maintain my bills but this office will block you to prevent you from getting extra work. If you make as much or more than the people behind the desk its an issue with them. Regret getting caught in they cycle.

I like working for labor ready but they need to pay more especially if u drive far cause they dont pay for gas and also if a employee whats to hire u the first week they get mad because u are trying to better ur self for ur family so u can support them other then that they are ok

Very very very bad They send me to work at Walmart and it a long distance from my home after I get there the manager Josh says to me oh I already got my employees for the day. Would not recommend this place plus they are very unprofessional.

I LOVED working through Labor Ready because they were the only hourly wage company that paid daily. However, their deciding to pay WEEKLY... I think this will cause them to lost A LOT of EMPLOYEES!!

Ive had a couple of jobs though them and everything was cool but now they keep forgetting to pay me on Friday and I have bills due ..
