I am so disappointed in the Elwood Staffing Service located in Holland, Michigan and I will tell you why! I went there today with my Aunt Diane. I was dressed very nice had wonderful references, a beautifully made resume, my social security number on me, and drivers license like I needed. So I tell the young ladies at the desk that I want to work on the highways or clean parks in Muskegon. Michigan like my Aunt is doing and they say alright! Show me your license and s.s. So I do and then they make me take tests for around two hours, Then I finally watch a twenty minute video on work and basically team building skills. So then Im finally done with all of the hard work and ready for them to interview me on the spot! Yay you would think! Nope not even close! I get called back and this older woman shakes my hand sits me down and tells me that they cant help me!? Im in shock and wondering why? So I ask them. They dont give me an answer all they say is it was because of my testing? Seriously like nothing else! I ask what did I do wrong and they dont really say anything. Like I didnt pass or fail. And I know I didnt fail the tests were easy! So my point is Elwood Staffing is a HUGE DISAPOINTMENT! I go there for help and instead they dont help me they just stress me out more and make me feel like I cant find a job anywhere! Where do I turn? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE! PLAIN AND SIMPLE!

Very disappointed with this company. My first representative was fired for not doing things right. Now its almost been 2 weeks and I still havent been paid. When I call them I am nice and they are extremely rude each time. Find a different temp service.
