Staffing?? They found my resume online and called me in for an "Interview" ... First off spent 20 minutes filling out "their" application.... Then had a sit down and was told they had prospects for me. He then spends 30 mins telling me about this $9 Job he thinks I would be a fit for.. Then asks me, after all of that, what experience I have... EERRTT!!! Bassackward much.... He says, I think you need to be placed in a higher position.. Well DUH! .. A week goes by and hear nothing, and now every time I call, I get voice mail.. A week later he calls, saying he found me a higher position at $13 an hour and asks me to go in... 3 tests, another application and another interview later he says, Ok I "think" I have every thing I need. Now I have to contact the employer and let them know and send them every thing... From this point, I am getting irritated.. Yet another week goes by and nothing. So I call and same thing, nothing but Voice Mail... Now 3 weeks later... In the 4th week, he finally decided to call me and said, the employer wants an interview.. WAIT! WHAT???? So, against all feeling I have I go into his ffice as he asked to get the information. So I ask him, about the Job. He knew NOTHING about the job. He had never been to the place or been told about the job its self. Just the basics he found on their website.. EERRTTT! How can you offer some one a job you know NOTHING about? SO I called the place and asked them about the job and this "interview" .... Come to find out, MCM is not a staffing service at all, it is a glorified classifieds... Clears throat, I mean Bassackward Job finders.... That evening I call MCM, and yet again get voice mail and tell him, to forget about it and to remove me from their list of employees... He calls me back immediatly, and I mean that literatly. I barely hung up the phone and he is calling in... Meaning, he was sitting there and chose to ignore my call... This is literatly the worse experience I have ever had with an employment/Temp/Staffing service in my life.... About the staff at MCM, they are very Nice people... But under trained, under qualified and under Professional.

Very racist and unprofessional place of business. I went in for an entry level position, a position that I had happened to work before in the past, and was told I was not qualified. The young lady doing my interview didnt offer an explanation as to why I wasnt qualified yet she did offer a mean stare. I went to Randstad Staffing a week later and was hired for the exact same position. I wish I could remember the name of the lady doing my interview but its best to steer clear from this place if you actually do want a job. Update: if your a black guy you still may have a chance here. Its the black women they absolutely do not hire. Update 2: the ladies name is Lauren Cross.

Ive been working with MCM Staffing for the last 2 months at a place called Expeditors.. This job has been great and thanks to my recruiter Jenni from MCM Staffing the experience has been wonderful. She contacted me on this position and said that my Warehousing background was exceptional and that this would be a good opportunity for me. She had so much confidence in me and knew that I could do the job. It made me feel comfortable like I already had it. Shes such a sweetheart. Thank you Jenni, Kim and MCM staffing :-)

Excellent and efficient staffing company. After a long day of job hunting MCM Staffing was my last stop before heading home. Every company I went to made me schedule another interview, even staffing companies I was already registered to (exhausting but Im presisent). I am very happy I did stop in because Paul Spence gave me an offer on a Friday to start Monday morning. This what I was expecting walking into a staffing company, results! Thanks Paul and MCM Staffing.

Got the run around for a month and a half, recruters lie to you and nothing is as they tell you. Where they want you to work is what you get in their opinion. I would highly recamend anyone that wants to apply here to find another office to apply at. They make you fill ou a ton of paper work plus W-4s before you even have a job.
