Rude and unprofessional. After starting the online application(that Mindy Arroyo sent to me), part of the application asked me to release consent to talk to my supervisors at my current employer(in addition to the 3 professional references that I had already given), I did not want to jeopordize my job by giving consent to this, and didnt understand why they would need to talk to any of my references prior to me even having an interview with A-line. I e-mailed Mindy Arroyo explaining this, and asked if they can remove my information that I had already filled out on the online application. Here is a portion of the e-mail Mindy responded with, showing the kind of professionalism A-line endorses: "Just as a note we do NOT check references until an offer has been accepted and both parties have agreed to move forward. Any reputable position would require that an application be filled out in the application process. I am sorry to hear that you feel this way. We are no longer interested in pursing you as a potential, addition to their team. Your information obtained will be disregarded and properly disposed of." Was it really necessary to respond in that manner? I think most companies would explain that they dont check your references right away and they will remove your information.

Before I began my career at A-Line, I was unsure of what kind of position I was even looking for - I had even worked on several contracts at other staffing agencies for a few years. I learned about A-Line and applied for an entry level position internally at their corporate office. The company not only welcomed me into their Recruiting Assistant program with open arms, but gave me a chance to prove myself. Even though I didnt have a lot of recruiting experience at the time, the program is built to educate, train, and motivate. Ive been an internal employee at A-Line for almost 4 months and my manager has already taught me so much about the staffing industry and has been there for me during each step of the training program. I am happy to say that I finally found a job that I am excited about - I also found a motivating company that I can build a career with. If you have any interest in the staffing industry, A-Line Staffing Solutions is the company I would recommend every time!

Ive worked internally for A-Line Staffing Solutions for almost 2 years and I feel blessed to have learned so much from each individual staff member. I am excited and honored to say that this was my first career after college and I wouldnt take this experience back for anything. The management team encourages new ideas from the staff and even asks us for our own opinion before moving forward with a new process. The owners come in every morning filled with excitement to start a new day and constantly motivate the team to be the best we can be - and it works! The way each Recruiter ensures that their employee is taken care of is truly amazing. A-Line Staffing Solutions is continuously growing and I would recommend their services to anyone who is in need of a new position or is looking for a new staffing partner to help fill positions at their own company! 5 stars without a doubt!

Ive applied to a number of positions with A-line. I did receive one phone interview and it went well. Unfortunately the hours were not going to work with my schedule. I did find another job posting and applied to the head hunter who posted it. I was very rudely told that I applied with another head hunter and basically was not even going to be looked at because I was "working" with the other head hunter. Since then I have found numerous job postings that would work with my extensive nursing knowledge and have not even heard a peep from any of the head hunters not even the one I am supposedly "working"with. Its unfortunately for them, because I would make a great addition to any of the postings. The rudeness is completely uncalled for and extremely unprofessional. I have pasted along my experience on social media as well as many of my nursing organizations.

I had the beyond amazing experience working with Ms. Sarah Valicevic and also speaking with Mr. Damian on some times when Ms. Sarah was out of the office these two are both amazing people! They are there for you no matter what even when I had gone through a really hard time in losing a loved one they were very nice enough to check on me and make sure I was okay. Ms. Sarah is there whenever I need her I always know I can get a response she helped me calm my nerves before my interview, and always made me feel comfortable when speaking to her never at one point did I feel uncomfortable asking her a question. She truly is amazing and very hard working I am beyond pleased and impressed with the way she was able to get me this job since it is a very hard company to get into! Thank you so much Ms. Sarah and Mr. Damian for everything!!

I have nothing but good things to say about A-Line Staffing. I worked with Damian S. and he was phenomenal! He was very informative and knows his job very well. He returned my calls very promptly and I feel he went the extra mile. He was able to schedule 2 interviews in the same day (I live a couple hours away) which made my life easier. I was given detailed information about my interview; date/time/location as well as info about the company and finally tip/tricks for interviewing. I felt extremely knowledgeable and confident going into the interview. Ive worked with other agencies in the past but I found Damian and A-Line to have a more personal touch and he really listens and works with you to find the best job match possible. Definitely A+!

What a pleasure its been working with Sarah Valicevic , its been nothing but positive vibes as we worked together to get me a great job with amazing opportunities. She works hard to ensure you have the tools you need and did great placing me at a company that I can really grow with. She doesnt just disappear after your placed but checks in time to time to make sure everything is going good and she always available though several different outlets. She is a great recruiter and really puts you first. Her dedication to me as an employee makes me that much more eager to give 120% at work to ensure I represent A-line staffing like they represented me. Great company to work for!

I had very high hopes for this agency. I received a call from the Branch Manager Lisa Metz, so sounded interested to hear from me, and had so many suggestions on upcoming jobs. She proceeded to call me three times that day wanting more information abut the type of job I was looking for. After that day, I have never heard back, she wont return calls, emails, messages. I even tried reaching out to another person there and nothing. Its pretty bad when they reach out to you, and then make no effort to help. Especially when your looking for a job. I would never use this agency again, never recommend to anyone either. Worst place I have dealt with yet!

Was landed a great job. And fired 4 days in for leaving early. Which I had already cleared with all my superiors.This Emergency aside, there is no loyalty among these employers. You are replaceable parts. Do not expect coaching, or any sort of consideration. You will be summarily fired. To add insult to injury, you will not be told why you are fired. And if you attempt to get any feedback from A-line you will be ignored. No matter how far up the chain you go. You will be ignored
