Our experience with this funeral home service was very disapointing to say the least. The owner & son failed to empathise with the grieving husband, only seeming to care about the money they were making. Correct me if Im wrong, but is it not completely rude and callous to approach a grieving husband, while he is still standing overtop his deceased wifes grave, in front of a crowd of family members and friends and say "Sir, here is your bill." Im almost positive there could have been a more opportune moment, than when the owners son chose to make it known that was clearly the most important thing on his agenda that day. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a funeral home.

My mom died September 1st in New Mexico. We had an odd situation which caused us to need three funeral homes; one in New Mexico, one in Ohio, and one in South Carolina. The funeral home in New Mexico was absolutely Dreadful and refused to do their job in a timely manner. Bob Webster and his children did everything they could to reach out to the funeral home in New Mexico to get done what needed done. Webster Funeral Home was extremely patient, loving,and down to earth. They treated my deceased mother and my family with the upmost respect. If anyone has a loved one who passes away in this area of Ohio, I highly recommend they use Webster Funeral Home.

Ten years ago my mother, sister, and I waked in to Webster Funeral Home to make arrangements for my fathers funeral. We were treated like family. Everything was done so professionally. Bob Webster does not try to push extra expenses that you dont need. That meant a lot to us on that most difficult day. The service was beautiful! I highly recommend this funeral home. Its no wonder all my extended family and many friends has chosen them when the need comes. I absolutely love the Webster family!

My family and I had a very bad experience with this funeral home. Upon making arrangements for my fathers funeral, the funeral director made jokes about which casket to choose, and even told us jokingly about a party that was held in their facility. I found this very distasteful in the midst of grieving people. There are more details to this story that I cannot share here, but I have given enough details that I hope will help you make a wiser choice than we did upon choosing a funeral home.

My family recently experienced a loss and contacted Webster Funeral Home. That was the best decision we could have made. They have a beautiful spacious facility that felt extremely comforting. We loved that it is a family owned and operated business. We personally met and spoke to each member of the family and they all made us feel like one of the family. We felt at ease within minutes of meeting with the Websters. We would highly recommend them to assist you in your time of need.
