Family Video is a nice place to go to get movies, just like when I was young. But at this location Shelly the manager is the worst manager I have ever seen. My hat is off to whoever can stand working with her. I guess many people cant because I very rarely see the same workers. Like Aaron, Castle and Kelliann they are absolutely amazing! Every time I visit whenever they are there it just makes we want to keep coming back! Guys you are so awesome keep up the great work. With those three people they make it so enjoyable. But Shelly is very very disrespectful. She has no clue how to speak to her staff. Remind you they are adults not children which she does not comprehend. The fact she treats them as such is sad. I wish someone else would be a manager. She has very little compassion nor seems to care about her job. But family video thank you very much for keeping the tradition of going to the movie store alive. Shelly on the other hand needs to take a 40 hour course on respect. The fun atmosphere goes away when Shelly is there.

A dying business that thrives. One of the last video rental stores around, Family Video has found a way to keep going. They offer free kids rentals, along with a collection of other free rentals. They try keeping the newer videos in stock for rent, and they clean each DVD before renting it to remove scratches. They offer video game rentals as well, which is nice. Also, for those who do not know what the internet is, they also have a "back room" with a selection of adult videos.

Got charged a late fee when the movies were less than an hour late not mad i was late but then got a coupon in the mail to remove ALL late fees (even printed states all and no max amount) and for a free rental and they wont honor it! They only will remove half of the late fee, False advertising and horrible customer service.

Even setting aside the novelty factor of going to an actual video store in 2017 this place is great. Mostly the greatness comes from the service. The staff is very friendly, very helpful and incredibly informative. Theyre are even free rentals for kids. We went for the first time on a whim and now is a regular shop.

We love it here. Theres plenty to choose from and it is not expensive at all. I love the free childrens movies and the $1 Nearly New section, but there are plenty of new releases to choose from as well. Weve only been disappointed when looking for older obscure movie titles.

Its nice to be able to go in and rent older movies that cant be found on Netflix. Its good for newer movies as well and the people who work here have always been friendly!

Great choices of movies for great rate and older movies you can keep for days. New movies are $3.00 still cheaper than the theater.
