This store has hired african american workers then they will fire you in 2 days ,the store manager and district manager wants the employees to bow to them the mangager. Will terminate on day one if they feel you dont get in line with there 1800 personality the employees are talk to like children after a 5min conversation with the manager and district manager is clear this store is not welcome to different personalities. Or people of color the district manager is very rude and try to talk down to african american customers after a short conversation about this store practices the district manager became rude and told me i dont know him while trying to explain my postion on this store unfair labor practices the district manager reminded me why there has only been 1 african american employee in this location and why this store cant keep a employee the original members from this store where very nice store manager was doll and uninterested with my complaint. The district manager was very rude and showed me he could careless about the customers and employees from our communty and my concerns

i have been with many many family videos across the state of Michigan. i was there when this store opened. Always had great service and I moved away for 4 years and they called begging for (us my family ) to come in when we were in the area. Now we have moved back close and even though there are 2 closer ones we drive a little out of the way just to go back ! They are so great did not even have to start a new account!

I really like this spot - sometimes its nice to just go and browse through movies like back in the day. However, I dont like that Ive seen their young staff working by themselves late at night - thats a safety issue and there needs to always be two staff minimum in the store.

Came in with my husband and opened a membership was very impressed with the greeting we got very friendly staff! Great movie collection ! Very clean and very well organized! Got our coupons and free movies ! Will be visiting on a regular basis!!

8 out of 10 movies you will rent or buy will not work and they skip most the movie through. Limited selection. Not worth your time or money. Employees seem to be more occupied with each other then willing to help you.
