I returned 4 videos at 11:05. I know its technically after they close but to be charged a full days rental on 4 videos for 5 minutes seems ridiculous. The clerk had no intention of even halving the fee-I have no desire to spend money in a store that does not concern themselves with the customer. Good luck Family Video. Ill never shop there again.

Very convenient location, and huge selection of movies! The prices for new releases are a little expensive, but they lower the prices pretty quickly after the movies have been out for a while. As much as I love netflix, it is still really nice to be able to walk into a brick & mortar store and have such a large selection of classic and new movies.

Worst Family Video ever. Incompetent employees. Horrible selection and horrible customer service. Ive never had a bad experience at any Family Video until I moved to the area and I have no other location options. This place doesnt even deserve one star. If I could, I would rate it zero stars.

Prices are too much for rentals. you almost need to have their 1/2 off rentals for a month but of course thats extra $ too. otherwise, staff is friendly and helpful. some of the dvds skip.

This store gives snotty and terrible service and they dont have enough copys of there items this on game I wanted to rent they had 1 copy of and it was always rented out TERRIBLE STORE
