Went in to rent a few movies. My daughter, a toddler, needed to use the restroom. I asked politely where the restroom was and the lady at the desk seemed to not hear me. So, I repeated myself and added that I have a toddler and she is going to poop herself. The lady looked right at me while I was talking and then looked away. Without any response. So I raised my voice and hollered that my toddler is going to poop her pants and I need to know where the restroom is. The lady at the desk rolled her eyes and painstakingly slow grabbed some keys and walked us to the bathroom. When we went in, my daughter had already pooped in her pants but I couldnt change her because there wasnt a changing table and the floors were incredibly disgusting. Worse than a gas station. I went out, asked that same lady where i could change my daughter and she laughed and told me to use the restroom floor. I ended up changing my daughter in the gaming section and leaving her poopy training pants on the very top of that ladys desk trash.
