This has to be the worst, most slipshod, backwards organization Ive ever seen. For starters, half the locations are completely unlit and unguarded, not fenced and secure as they say they are. The management is absolutely worthless. They took over the locations from Extra Space Storage without telling anyone, leading us to make payments to the wrong company. Theres rarely anyone in the office to answer calls or questions, and if you do get someone on the phone, they make no qualms about treating you like little more than a paid inconvenience. Calling this morning to verify they received my payment, and it was obvious I woke the woman up, and she hadnt even made it to the office yet at 11:30, when they open at 10. They tried to charge us a late fee because they didnt check their drop box for our last payment for FOUR DAYS, which wouldnt be an issue if theyre online payment system worked, which it doesnt. Were getting our stuff out ASAP and will never use this company again... and I suggest you save yourself the hassle and find someone else to serve your storage needs.
