Sir Optimism

This agency got me a job that I really liked that I was well-suited for, but it wasnt worth everything I had to deal with through iForce. The women working in the iForce office are unknowledgeable, rude, absent-minded, and the lack of adequate and consistent communication between them and their temps is astoundingly bad. Every Friday I had to spend my entire lunch break in the iForce office getting my paycheck sorted out, because they always shorted me by at least 20 hours each week, and they neglected to honor all hours due to be paid on my final check after being notified of the error. I was really taken aback by the unprofessionalism of this place and of the women in the office. I would strongly suggest going to a different staffing agency, such as Time Staffing or Spherion. I had problems with iForce from day one, starting with them giving me the wrong address to the company I was to report to, which landed me 30 miles away from the location I was to be at. They neglected to tell me about the fees that would be taken out of my first several paychecks for the mouth swab drug screen and background check upon being hired. These people gave me a splitting headache and really stressed me out. Definitely not worth the hassle.
