I actually worked there as there receptionist which only lasted a month in a half I was happy to get the job until I started working there I was very disappointed and miserable they just thru me into the job with little training nobody ever sat with me and actually showed or gave me info on what I was doing. They are very understaffed and the way they talk to people are very rude all I heard was people complaining about this and I as a actual employee was treated the same way I tried to give them a two week notice but went in the next day and was treated with rudeness again so I had enough and walked out I had my last two checks direct deposited but never received my check stubs so I contacted them for them to tell me i have to contact corporate. They always had them there for me before so I asked for the corporate number and never got a response I have contacted corporate on my own thru internet still waiting for a response. This place is a joke as far as Im concerned they dont care about there employees or show any consideration to people. I understand that not all people that go in there are pleasant to deal with but they treat Majority of people rude. They need to have better people for staffing and be more organized to actually train there own employees they would not like to be treated this way so why would they treat others this way makes them look very bad.

My wife went to the Newark office this morning. They asked her if she had a little time to fill out some paperwork. 1 1/2 hours later they noticed that I was sitting in the car waiting. They told her that it was going to take another hour and a half to watch safety videos. She asked why she would have to watch them again, seeing that she had watched them less than a year ago. They said it has to be done whenever you reregister. So, she told them that I would have to come back. That I didnt know that it would take 3 hours to reregister. She went back this afternoon. The woman that she talked to before she left went up to her and gave her so much attitude. She told my wife that because she gave her so much attitude when she was there this morning that she was taken off the job assignment and that they wouldnt be able to place her. When did asking questions about anything become giving attitude. This woman should not be in charge of talking to people at all. The business would be better off with nice people that know how to speak to prospective employees. My wife has managed for 15 years and she said that she would never treat people like that!!! I wouldnt even give it one star except for that it was the lowest option!

Dead ends and empty promises pretty much sums it up. They send you to absolute hellholes half the time (google Sunfield OSHA fines). The other half of the time, right when you think youve found a sure thing the assignment ends abruptly with 0 warning and with reasons stated that you KNOW are false. Their employees are not people to them. Nothing but drones that exist solely to line their pockets. Those who arent desperate need not apply. If you work for iForce, spend ALL of your free time searching for something better.

After asking if they had assignment available (them saying yes they did) I spent 2 hours filling paper work out and a computer test, just to be told thete was no work for me!!!
