When I found myself suddenly and unexpectedly in need of employment I reached out to Megan Johnson. As an HR professional, I have used her many times for my temporary staffing needs and I knew she would help me find something suitable quickly. She did, placing me in one day with the HR department of an international manufacturer. This was my first time on the other side of temporary staffing - as a client - and I must say Megan and the entire Spherion - Asheville office were a delight. They communicated quickly and their online onboarding process was seamless. Every time I have been in the Asheville office I am impressed with how professional and courteous they treated everyone that stepped into the office. It is never easy working in the temporary employee market but Megan and Spherion-Asheville are doing it right, you can tell that the owners have taken the time to find caring, knowledgeable individuals to represent their office.

I actually was impressed at the first impressions by the staff. They seemed to genuinely care about their applicants. After I was placed at a job it started to change. I tried to communicate to Joe about the issues I was having. All I got in return is the run around and absolutely atrocious advice. Since then Ive had no help from the staff there. Megan always seems to have a very belittling and condescending tone when I call which is extremely unprofessional. Their website is always out dated. Every job I inquire about seems to already be filled so why have it on the site.

So rarely in this world do you see a man with actual honorable actions and intentions... Joe helped me out a lot. He’s a good man. I promised him that I’d do my best for him since he went out of his way and did his best for me. Seems kinda corny but I’m gonna do my best to hold up my end of the bargain for the guy. Aint everyday you find a decent man like that. We need more of them. They’re a blessing. Thanks, Joe. You’re awesome.
