This should be in a sitcom. The 1yr old grandchild had the car keys as she was being loaded into the car seat. By the time we got to the other side of the car, she had locked the doors! Of course the other key was at our house, 30 min away. We called High Speed Lock and got an answering machine that explained they were on holiday for two more days. The message provided an alternate contact but we did not get the full number and called High Speed Lock back to get the rest of the number. By a miracle, Erik answered and then immediately made the trip out to our car. He was our CHAMPION! We would highly recommend Erik and his company for any lock services you may require. After arriving to work this morning I found that someone had jammed all our locks on the building. We called Highspeed Lock and he gave us an estimate over the phone to get us in the building. Once he came out, we were discussing the problems, it seems that someone had put super glue in our locks. So he gave me a price to fix all of our locks and rekey all the locks so that one key works on all the outer doors. No more searching for the right key for the doors. Wonderful service!

Made an appointment last week and unfortunately had to cancel. Erik was very understanding. Called yesterday to reschedule and he was able to get me set for today. (This was not an emergency situation). He arrived 30 mins EARLY and told me not to rush getting there. High Speed Locksmith replaced our main office front door handle and lock (which was broken), as well as adjusted the closer mechanism to work more efficiently. They were quick to respond, very knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. They took the time to answer some additional questions regarding other doors in our building as well. Our building has many doors, so when the need arises, we will definitely call High Speed Locksmith again. Excellent Service!

I just left there and becausr I needed a special key made and I can say this... Eric treated me fair and honest. I gave him three keys to copy he handed me back 2 of them and said they were already the same keys (I didnt notice). He had a chance to make money on me and instead give me my back my key! What a great company. I have worked with others that are unfair...BUT THEY ARE GREAT.
