Overpriced & aweful customer service!!!! I called to have a key made Saturday morning at about 8 oclock a.m. the technician arrived about an hour and a half later. Once he arrived it took him a minute to cut the key and then once he was able to cut the key he couldnt program the key so he had to make another key this key wouldnt unlock the door so therefore he had to make a third key the third key he made it was kind of hard to start the ignition he said that a news technician would come out and recut the key so it will work a little smoother I called the office around 1 p.m. to let them know what the technician said I was told that they will call the technician and give me a call back no one ever called me back I called them back around 3:30 and ask them about this incident and I was told that a technician will give me a call no one called back Ill call back around 7 oclock p.m. to see when would the technician arrive the technician or can i get some type of refund because I cant get in my car the key doesnt work (and i need to call another locksmith bc I have kids work etc) and I get hung up on. I was told "I wasnt the one I was speaking with" it doesnt matter you work for this company and Im a paying customer and I deserve a great customer service & respect Im paying ur bill @ the end of the day. I called back and ask to speak with someone and ask why was I hung up on she told me she was on the other line speaking to a technician and hung up on me to bad bad bad customer service!!!!! I cannot wait to talk to the owner on Monday and I will have another review after I speak with him hopefully something can and will be done!!!! Im sick of paying people bills and they have bad customer service this makes no sense

Meister Termite & Pest Control

After spending over 8,500 plus dollars with this company we have been very happy; until last week all the good service went out the window by way of a staff member/manager. Without confirmed schedule and arrival phone notice the company technician should up and start ripping our electrical wiring out of the ground. This day our gate was working fine; but he decided charge us for something that was not under warranty; never had a electrical problem, and he did not knock on our door or call as we have always requested. After speaking to the owner about the matter things got even worst. The owner comments was: "you and your wife need better communication in your house" I was shock to say the least; all this over his staff member error and scheduling communication. We ask for him to come back to clean up the mess and complete the service he said NO!

We had different people come out 3 times all claiming the solution was different than the guy before. Then the wrong parts were ordered TWICE. This company also tries to get you to pay before the actual work is done. So when the work actually was less than originally thought they will not respond to you to get some of the money back. Not trustworthy, not knowledgeable.

Great service, but after getting a bad key copy from this place, I had to get a copy made. I made 2 more from the original. Both copies did not work. Wont go back. Even though not expensive, close to me, and friendly. Useless to make keys if the new ones dont work

Terrible, Would Never Use Them again. I was told that my job would be complete in 2 weeks, it was a custom job. Now Im going on almost 1 1/2 months job still isnt complete.. If you need your job done in a timely fashion, I recommend staying away from these guys..
