Do not call this company unless you want to wait hours for a "technician" or want to have the rate they quoted you double once they finally get there. I waited an hour and 45 minutes for some guy to finally show up in a regular car then tell me it was going to be 85 dollars to unlock my car! He was rude and unprofessional. The women at the office were helpless and didnt seem to care that he wasnt on time. After I told him to leave bc I wasnt paying $85 for crappy service, their "customer service representative" called me and told me I had to pay them $20 for the technician coming to my house. Which I refused so she said she was going to call the police and report me for theft of services! This is not the way to conduct business at all and I will be reporting them to the BBB. I honestly dont even think they are located in Griffin, GA. If you need a real, friendly, and professional locksmith with reasonable prices dont call this place, call Larrys Lock and Key!

This place is a front. I googled a locksmith in Griffin and these folks will pick up and answer "services". When I told them I was trying to reach Southside lock and door they simply hung up. When I called back to ask for a manager they told me the manager was out. I took offense not only at the rude treatment but at the fact that the folks want you to think they are based in Griffin. They even have a map that shows a bogus location in Griffin.

They took an hour to get there, quoted a difference price on the phone, charged $100 dollars which is absolutely ridiculous after having to wait for so long and calling to check on the status. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

Google phony locksmith. These guys are a nationwide problem. The only locksmith in Griffin with a shop location is Southside Lock & Door Co.
