I was in a real bind because my car key (transponder) was stuck in the ignition and would not budge, it would only click to the "Acc" (accessory) position, but nothing else. To make matters worse, my car windows were rolled down and I couldnt get the key to the "On" position to roll them up. (Side note: the car was in park, and steering was not locked). Spoke with Jamie at AAA Lock Services at 9:30am today and by 10:00am he came to my car at my residence and was ready to start working. Before he came my way though, he asked me some vital questions to assist him with the fix. I could tell by the questions he asked, that he knew what he was doing. He was very professional (shirt was tucked in, clothes were not messy, greeted me with a handshake), courteous, super organized and pleasant to work with. He had all the tools he needed in his truck to get the job done and he even educated me on the process as he worked. He was able to fix the ignition components of my 2007 Toyota Corolla within 1 hour. I had called other places in town and some other locksmiths did not feel comfortable/confident with my situation. I am glad I got in touch with him! Would I use AAA Lock Services Inc again? In a heartbeat, especially if Jamie is the one working! The price he quoted me on the phone was what he charged me as well. Talk about an honest and trustworthy professional!
