Took in four pairs of Schlage exterior locks to be rekeyed to their store. Each pair consisted of a deadbolt and an entry knob -- hence 8 locks to be rekeyed in all. They messed up 4 of the 8 locks in the rekeying process. I now have to buy four new pairs of locks (this will set me back about $200). I went to get this same service done three years ago and they did a perfect job that time. I am guessing the locksmith guy was just having a bad day the second time I went. They charged me for only the four locks they were able to rekey.

Had to get a new key/chip for my car. The Dealer quoted me 125$.They would have to keep the car for 1 1/2 hour and I would have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment. This place did it the very next day and toke less than 15mins, for only 75$. It was a little messy on the inside with random broke into safes on the floor, but i guess it shows they know what theyre doing.They were fast, friendly and made sure the key worked. Would recommend to others.

I wouldnt have this guy crack a piggy bank. This company was hired to crack a locked commercial safe. After 5 trips to my shop a burn mark on my carpet still no luck 6 trips and a huge hole in my safe it was unlocked. Rude and incompetent never again.

This place knows locks. It is a locksmithss lock shop. I deal with some tricky locks sometimes, and they always know what to do. The owner has been doing this for decades and the quality of their work shows it. I dont even bother with any other place.

Took them some new Schlage locksets to key the same and was in and out in about 15 minutes. The lady working was very friendly and gave me 2 new keys free. I would definitely recommend and use this place again.

Had a broken fire-resistant box and the gentleman who can out was completely professional and got me all my crucial papers. AND they were the the cheapest quote by about 40%. Completely recommend.

They came out to replace some door locks for a new house, stopped working halfway through and demanded double the price to continue work. Poor business practice, unprofessional, and rude.

Im guessing the person I dealt with is the owner. Hes gruff, rude and acts like youre bothering him. There are plenty of places to get keys done where they treat you with respect.

beware *** beware *** use ur phone to record the conversation & estimate from serviceman If u didnt do so ,he will get u pay a lot more. It is ripper off joint.
