In personal observance while with him on calls on at least three occasions, I can definitely tell you that if you find yourself in the curious, dubious and most unfortunate spot of bother because you somehow managed to be locked out, locked in or in need of some keys, this is the man to call. A local Locksmith is professional, prompt and affordable. Best prices in town, out of town and around town and he will beat anyoneÂ¿s prices. So call around, but you will come back to Covington hy locksmith every time. On rolling to call where a lady had locked herself out of her crib, A Local Locksmith had her back inside in less than 30 seconds. The neighbors nearby squealed with delight and demanded business cards. I would like to thank Covington Highway Locksmith for their awesome service. I was visiting from California. I was using my sisters 2016 Kia Optima. My sister had already missed placed the original key and I was using the only spare key she had. This was the first time I had driven a keyless entry car and because of that I had the key in my hand while out running errands. I sat the key down somewhere and could not find it. I checked with a couple of Dealerships for pricing on a new key and their prices were over $300 and the wait time was going to be over 4 hours. I called Covington Highway Locksmith and was giving a quote much less then the Dealerships price and the wait time would be less then a 1 hour. When I got to Covington Highway Locksmith I was very impressed with the entire experience. Great Customer Service, the wait time less then 1 hour and the price for the key was as quoted. As a business owner myself, I make it priority to treat any and all customers/ people in general with respect. The lady that sits at the desk that helped my husband and I about a month ago with a different vehicle was great. I suppose today she may have been off, but any-who, the older gentlemen that was sitting in her place today lacked professionalism. As I am not familiar with the window tinting process this gentlemen was not helpful in answering my questions or assisting to my needs. Instead he answered me in a sarcastic tone. When discussing prices, not one time did he offer to take a look at the vehicle when explaining to him that my vehicle is a coupe. I politely excused myself and chose to support the business across the street who not only were polite, but they also beat the price! Not a smart move with competition across the street.

My husband purchased 2 new Lexus keys , I took one to be cut at this establishment, the guy cutting the key steals the screw and puts the old "eyeglasses screw "back in the newly cut key and steals the new correct replacement screw for him to re-sell at $5.00, mind you the eyeglasses screw does not really fit so you would have to force the screw into the new key as well with it not even tightening to full capacity. Are you having real hard times where you Brian would have to steal something as small as a screw just to make a buck ? Id rather leave a negative review then go over and raise hell at your store because youre trying to be slick like people are stupid and dont pay attention , $5.00 really isnt much but the principal about it is youre trying to get over on people in the community that try and support your business. Damn brother !!!

I called in the phone...the lady was quite personable...when I arrived after work a spoke with a different worker who was just as helpful...I do know a few people who need auto keys, I will be glad to recommed the place. Id rather give my business to a local "Mom and Pop" business than a Huge Car "Stealership" plus the prices here are geared for us hard working folks. If you live in the city, its worth the drive and why not hit up a local Chicken Or Barbecue joint while youre here?

So fast and cheap. I had a 99 corolla and ended up having to go to Ace to get my keys cut because it was to old for home depot. And after waiting for 9 min for them to cut my key and they did it wrong. I came here and got 2 keys cut cheaper AND it was done before I could even get comfortable. Will always use this place

Good fast service, reasonable and much cheaper than the dealership. I came back after my key failed in just one day...they pretty much said "Oh well". The key was purchased online and they just cut and programmed it. $65 down the drain. Maybe a disclosure saying we cant guarantee your key since it didnt come from here.

Sheila is a life saver. My key broke off in my ignition and I was quoted some ridiculous prices! I also locked my car and wasnt able to get back in once I arrived. She was able to unlock the car, remove the broken key from the ignition and remake a key for me!
